Siemens SL65

Advantages: Easier to use than SL55
Disadvantages: A lot

...What can I say about this phone? I bought one for myself just before Christmas because I had always wanted the SL55 but felt it was too small and dinky to press buttons etc. This larger version of that phone is a lot easier to use due to a larger screen and larger buttons on the keypad. It also incorporates a camera capable of taking still images or 30 second video clips. It's not a bad camera, but there are better ones out there if you take the time to look around. Other features include a sound recorder, so that you can record songs and noises and set them as ringtones, and the other usuals, calculator, stopwatch, alarm clock etc. The Siemens SL65 comes standard with three games, which are: Bubble Boost (a platform game a bit like rayman), Golf Pro 3D and Siemens Rally all of which can be quite addictive if you start playing...

Smooth and sexy Siemens

Advantages: Good looking,nice sliding action easy to navigate.
Disadvantages: Poor camera,easily scratched screen turns off in your pocket.

...every day. Volume can be set to various enviroments including noisy and quiet. It has only been on very few occasions when i have been unable to hear the caller. Oneday getting into car phone rings as i am sliding the phone open in one hand as i have always done with flip phones, it slips out of my hand and bounces down the drive. Totally devastated expecting the worst. Phone had survived with a few scratches. So quite a sturdy phone but easily scratches. Tried replacing the covers at a phone shop but they said you couldn't get them as the phone was that new. He also said if i could exchange the phone it would be better as they had 10 SL65's returned that week knackered. Fashion or Function?

Advantages: Stylish, functional and excellent keypad structure
Disadvantages: Disappointing camera, fairly low quality screen

...After seeing the exceptional external sleekness of this phone i felt the need to upgrade to one myself, and by doing so i have decided to write this review based on my experience over the past 5 months ive had it in my posession. This is brief, and i would highly recommend you look into some dedicated phone review sites to go in-depth on all the features etc. Firstly, this was the only Siemens i have ever purchased and so the layout and usability was completely new to me - although picking it up is not difficult (its a phone!). Great phone-insurance needed

Advantages: lots!

...After seeing the great adverts on T.V for the SL65 i decided to upgrade from my MC60. Being a great fan of Siemens mobiles I expected an easy to use, reliable phone. I got the phone on contract so didnt technically pay for it but it was valued at £299 for insurance purposes (from dialaphone). The phone has a colour screen, MMS, GPRS, infared, digital camera and many more features but these in particular are the most important and what attracted me to the phone. I have found the camera to be superb. ...Aah, Siemens, how you make me smile. Well, what can I say? I've had this phone for quite a while now, and I think it's time to tell the world how much I enjoyed being the lucky owner of the SL65. Here's a quick run-throughof the little feauturettes that make me proud to own this phone... Camera- Not a bad camera, overall. It has a focus of 1:2:8 and is digital, and records short movies as well as taking photos. Quality? Everything you'd expect of a satellite except SKY

Advantages: Free to view at a highly affordable price

It's a cordless life for me with the Siemens CS385!
