...I really like this phone, it actually feels like a phone! I hate the plastic, fragile phones available at the moment, there like toy phones, whereas the 8800 sirocco edition is the creme de la creme of mobiles available. It has a nice weight to it so it doesnt feel like it will blow away in the wind and its made of real metal not the cheap metal effect plastic most phones are made in. takes good quality 2mega pixel pictures which is great for when your out and forgot your camera! The colour screen is vibrant and the phone itself gleams a piano key black. Really stands out but in a subtle way. the metal casing does get finger prints all over it but it comes with a leather chammy cloth to clean it with and it has a leather carry case to help prevent scratches.

The Original 8800 did well to justify it's place in Nokia's Long Line Of Premium, Exclusive Handsets. But It wasn't quite the complete package.
From the word go..... Sirocco impresses. From inside the "Milk Tray Esque" Box and Packaging, Nokia hid a newly shaded 8800, and immediately noticable is the additional tweaking to the dimensions and designs, an improved version no less!
Still slim and sleak, the handset seemed a little smaller. But one thing was for certain, the buttons were a massive improvement.... easier to handle, less fiddly than the 8800 of old!
And in keeping with the tradition of this range, the Sirocco feels robust and solid boasting a stainless steel exterior. It feels great to hold, and has a really smooth slide...

...If,like me,you are fed up with the sound of those tiny little speakers that came with your p.c,these speakers are for you.
As long as you have a reasonable sound card.(my particular sound card is the creative labs soundblaster audigy 2 external version) ,then the videologic sirocco spirit speakers will wake your system up.
These powered beautys have twenty five watts r.m.s. per channel and can really thump out the sound.
They are built like real hi-fi speakers and
they also sound like them. recently,i was playing
a c.d. on the computer and my neighbour thought i was using my hi-fi!!
The sound quality can only be described as excellent,with good taut bass lines and clear and crisp treble.
Give them a try,you will not be disappointed!
In summing up,if you play d.v.d or c.d. on your computer,these speakers are a must...

...This is the latest phone i've bought from Nokia as i tend to like their 8xxx series and this was no exception. It hasn't been out for very long and the price wasn't too expensive so i decided to buy it sim free from the net. I have owned the Nokia 8800 which was a nice phone but the battery life and the camera were both no very good so i sold that on. I then got the Nokia 8800 Sirocco which was a good phone but i got slightly bored with it and decided to sell that on too for a profit(the battery still wasn't great either).
However,when i received it i was pleasently surprised, the phone comes in a very presentable box like the 8800 and 8800 sirocco but there you get more accessories with it.
In the box you receive the phone,2 manuals,carry pouch,charger,cd,cleaning cloth,usb cable,earphones for the radio and a small keychain...

Review of Nokia 8600 Luna
Advantages: Lovely hotel with Brilliant views of the river close to transport links. Disadvantages: The hotel is very high not good if your scared of heights. Restaurant pricey and not worth it.
...area with fantastic views over the river and Bangkok. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable. The whole suite is tastefully decorated and to a high standard.
Facilities in the suite.
Ironing board.
Washing machine.
DVD player.
You are able to arrange for one of the hotels chefs to come to your suite to cook a meal for you. Also available are the usual housekeeping, room service, concierge and newspapers delivered daily. There is an on call doctor should you need one.
Hotel facilities.
Swimming pool.
Business centre.
Fitness centre.
Shops.
The restaurants and bars warrant a special mention as they are fabulous.
Sirocco at the Dome also contains the state dining room

...If your looking at this review the chances are you know your phones and are wanting to make sure you pick up the best phone for your money.
I am a bit of a stickler when it comes to phones and although there are many phones out there that can offer sleek and sexy looks (Nokia 8800 Sirocco Edition being one of them) there are non that can rival this phone for its functionality.
I admit it is slightly on the thick size, but still a damn sight better than some of those other phones out there, and the really smooth gliding mechanism which reveals the kepad is strong and sturdy and gives you an idea of the build quality of the phone.
I love this phone so much ive had 2 of them!!
Now the features, it offers a 3 mega pixel camera (relatively unheard for Nokias - except for the N95 which will have a 5 mega pixel camera...
