...I saw this product advertised, so I looked it up on line and thought this is for me. Ever since the birth of my second child, I've had an unsightly vein/bruising on my leg, which to be honest has always embarrassed me, especially when wearing a skirt, or swimming outfit on Holiday, I asked the doctor, what could be done, and he started talking about operations etc, but I really didn't fancy the idea of that, as I'm a bit of a wimp. ...people buying the expensive ones. The tubs are only about 15 ml how long is that going to last? £43 for a tub that would last about 2 weeks? I wasn't going to pay that, but then I saw the cheaper ones and well I know that you get what you pay for so guessed these ones wouldn't be as good so I decided to get one in the middle. Skin doctor was £18.95. I still begrudged paying that much for it but thought it would be worth it if it worked. It promised to be "an amazing cream that combines a variety of natural ingredients to help reduce the appearance of ugly black, blue or red under eye circles" but would it live to its promises?? What you should do, though I admit I didn't, is to use the cream in a test area first before rubbing under your eye and make sure your not allergic, if after 24 hours you have no marks or irritation you are ok...

Skin Doctors Potent C Eye Gel

...I recently purchased this skin doctors potent c + eye gel from Ebay for approx £12 - I think this is about £15 at other places. This is for a 15ml tub. The packaging is simple but nice, a blue and white box with black writing and the actual eye gel comes in a clear, glass tub with a silver lid. The texture of the cream is fairly thick and is white in colour. My thoughts are that this is a really good eye gel, it doesnt feel too heavy on the skin and it soaks in really quickly, any little fine lines i had around the eye area seem to have just dissapeared after only about two weeks and the skin around my eyes looks overall firmer and much more hydrated. My dark circles have gone and this eye gel is really good at reducing any puffiness which is good for me as i suffer with terrible hayfever so i find that i tend to get puffy...

Spend your money on something better

Advantages: it hydrates the skin fairly well without leaving it oily
Disadvantages: it does not work when it comes to reducing the appearance of dark eye circles

...I have been using this product for at least four months now, every day, at least twice a day, and the only difference I notice is that occasionally the area under my eyes looks slightly paler, so maybe that does not even have anything to do with the cream at all. Put it this way, instead of my eye circles looking dark blue, they look light blue, but they do not necessarily look more natural or healthier. I do think that it hydrates the skin fairly well without leaving it oily, and I have a tendency for oily skin. The good thing is that I bought this product at a much discounted price of £19 at ABC Pharmacy instead of the £32.95 they sell it for at the Skin Doctors website. Nevertheless, with me it did not work, so probably best to buy something with a majority of good reviews even if more expensive....
