Defense Grid: The Awakening is a good game.

Advantages: Fun addictive gameplay, nice fitting graphics and has good clear voice acting.
Disadvantages: No multiplayer which is a big shame.

The textures are a bit low res though and are stretched across rocks and look bad because of this. You have a computer talking to you through-out the game with nice clear voice acting. The music is nice too. The multiplayer is non-existent which is a shame, because I think the style of gameplay this has would be great with co-op. Upon visual inspection there is an easy way to tell from the shape of the lens edge whether it is the correct way round, the last lenses i used seemed to be almost the same either way, the only way to tell was to put them in and see if i could see! this was a nice suprise. The lenses seem to be made of a softer more rubber-like material than the other lenses i have tried which may make them more susceptible to damage but will also make them more comfortable for long wear. The inclusion of a UV filter in the lenses is a nice touch as UV is a concern in this day and age....

The UV filter which is mentioned on the front strenghtens and protects you hair agains split ends and protects from the cold weather. It had been left feeling like straw so the idea of the defense shampoo appealed to me. I have very fine, flyaway hair so I chose number one. The shampoo is very thick and hard to get out of the fiddly bottle. This achieved, it does lather very nicely. I found the smell to be a little odd - a bit manly for a product that must be bought mainly by women! It's also kind of hard to wash out - my hair continued to feel gungy, if you see what I mean! It does leave hair very soft, but with repeated use this seems to fade away. The conditoner to match is nice - but if you have long, dry hair like mine - a bottle's not going to last long! Why bother, I would rather just right a passage about the route cause on why people should use sun block and not go on sun beds?so I got my chemist brain out and here you go?.
