...I?m getting married on the 1st September and I would like to lose a bit of weight before our big day. I have previously tried weight watchers and slimming world lost quite a bit of weight but I am the type of person that will eat all my daily points in one go or get bored of eating the same thing. I have never tried slim fast before so I decided to give it ago. I am going to be on the diet for 3 months and hope to drop a dress size or two. I myself have been on many diets over the years and none have really been any faster than others although some have been cheaper than others. So what can I tell you about Slim Fast as a product, well until 1997 the only form of Slim Fast you could get was a milkshake in the form of a powder which you added milk to. The great big double fudge chocolate birthday cake didnt exactly help matters. ...very overweight, there is no substitution for a healthy diet and a plan like Weightwatchers (or Slimming World or similar). I am currently on Weightwatchers Full Choice points system and this seems to be working for me....
