Great Machine!

Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results
Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.

...This machine is simply a must if you want to tone yourself up and not have the hassle of going to the gym for hours each week! I bought one of these off Ebay, and now so glad i did. Its simply an amazing piece of kit. My Personal Experience At first i thought, surely this machine cant be as good as i've been reading all over the net, people must be exagerating and just trying to sell the machine. How wrong i was.... The first time i used this, i trained at level 10 (ranges from 1-20) thinking i can take it at that level no problem, and sure enough i was ok, i did a few different positions for my legs, stomache and arms. I trained for about 10 minutes, as i wanted to see how much this would actualy do, and sales reports tell me that 10minutes of using this machine is equivelent to 1 hour at the gym. Boy oh boy did i feel it...

...i can say that this is a great machine it really works and gives you good results i wouldnt say the best but you can certainly tell after a period of time that your body has toned up, i havent got one of these myself but i would like to get one when i can afford it lets say. the vibration on this machine is not like a massage its more intense and when you stay on it for quite a while you will feel your muscles tightnen thats when you know its working. so i definatly gives this machine a thumbs up, i suggest you buy this machine if your too lazy or bored to go to the gym because you can do many exercises on this in the comfort of your own home. this is a great machine and would recommend this a good buy...

The God Machine

Advantages: Totally original, mind-blowing music
Disadvantages: Not much of a discography

The Machine

Advantages: A highly anitcipated and well recieved debut album
Disadvantages: none

...The Machine is the debut album by midlands based Rue The Day. As debut albums go this is a fantastic effort. From the intro until the end of the cd it is highly charged, heavy and full of great songs and promise. Title track The Machine sounds like a "best 0f" Metal. It is rare for any album not to have any weaker tracks, even rarer for a debut album. Rue the day have achieved this and their future is sure to be a great one, watch out for their live gigs, already legendry in reputation. All aspects from vocals, guitars, drums and bass are tightly knit and combine for a five star musical treat. There are moments of darkness on an album that also includes sing-along anthems, Ridin' the Storm and the title track are the best examples of this. Advantages: Like a well composed playful arty circus-infinitely better than the leaked version.
Disadvantages: Still a bit baroque and some might find it too chic and arty.

...Fiona Apple's third album, Extraordinary Machine, was subject to an Internet leak which resulted in fans having the unreleased version of this album before it was meant for commercial release. This really was tragic as the bootlegged version was terrible and really didn't do this extremely talented artist any justice. The leaked album from start to finish has the singer (and the producers) bad habit of making music deliberately hard to listen to. Going for bad baroque and pop-funk bastardisations that are mostly irritating to listen to. Although Apple's voice and lyrics are really wonderfull, the bad landscape of the album musically makes it a rough terrain that most wont be bothered with-unless they are die hard fans committed to being there through musical 'sickness & health'.   The Malfunctioning Machine

Advantages: Good special effects
Disadvantages: A director going AWOL?!

...The Time Machine had many of the ingredients that could have made a good film. A solid basis in HG Wells book (which I haven't read, although I hear is a classic), directed by Wells' great-grandson, at a time when special effects are capable of doing justice to science fiction films, with the lead being played by the fantastic Guy Pearce (helping us all forget Neighbours by creating unforgettable performances in Memento and L.A. Confidential). All this just makes it even more of a shame that this film was a real disappointment. The (apparently) altered story-line opens with the nervous and nerdy Professor Alexander Hartdegen (Guy Pearce) proposing to his girlfriend Emma at the beginning of the 20th century, only to have her shot a few minutes later when a mugger attempts to prize the newly positioned engagement ring from her finger...

...The Time Machine. A wonderful book that is simply far better than any film could come close to matching. We follow the adventures of the time traveler, who in the book has no name. Not sure if that was somehow significant to H.G.Wells? He is trying to convince his friends of the plausibility of time travel and how it exists and so can be moved through. they are unconvinced but unknown to them he has already built a prototype in his conservatory. Later that evening he decides to test it out and off the reader goes on what must be, even today, a wonderful and fresh adventure. He travels to the year 802,701 A.D. where humans have become timid and only 4ft tall. They are called the Eloi and are prayed upon by cannibalistic Morlocks. He can not stand by and do nothing but he is fighting the evil Morlocks...
