Advantages: Versatile, nice design, internet facility, storage, large amount of features.
Disadvantages: Physical problems: buttons breaking/falling off, common shaker breaking probelm.

...become very annoying as this also seems to be a common error and friends have had to completely remove the buttons from the phone which destroys the look. Unfortunately this brings the rating of the phone down, as far as the software is concerned the phone is perfect it is only the physical problems that spoil the W850i....

Shoddy Software lets down a great playerr

Advantages: Compact, Stylish, Large capacity for the price

The main downfall of the iPod is the software behind it. If you have a large collection of .mp3, or in my case .wma files it is often tricky to get them onto your iPod. Apple seem to insist on using the AAC format, which requires long periods of time to convert the files. If you use Windows Media Player on a regular basis, this is definately not the player for you. This is not directly a fault with the player, but more a fault with the iTunes software which I find to be unnecessarily complicated. The video image is sharp and the "Rightlight" feature compensates extremely well with low light situations. Setup was striaghtforward, just a case of putting in the CD, loading the drivers, then plugging in the webcam. An automatic update facility is also provided to check for the latest drivers and utilities on the internet. The Logitech Quickcam software that is bundled with the device is very comprehensive, this automatically loads at startup although I understand from reading some forums that it uses a lot of system resources, even when the camera is not in use.
