...101cd have always serviced me well with my CD needs. I tend to order from either these guys, or Amazon. 101cd have very good deals on chart and new releases. These go for £9.99 which includes p+p. Typically you can expect your order to arrive in around 48 hours. They always have a good budget range for sale, usually these are around the £6-8 mark. You pay p+p on top of these though. As expected you can search by artist, title etc, and look through the whole catalogue. There is very rarely a cd they do not have. Prices do vary though, and they may not be the cheapest around. Sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't! They do offer imports and rare releases. ...I'd read a review here on Ciao on CD WOW and a few days later a friend of mine mentioned it too. So I decided it was time to investigate further...... CD Wowser

Advantages: Cheap CDs
Disadvantages: Sometimes limited selection, no more Ipoints!

..., CD Wow are particularly good for Gameboy games - the new Pokemons were available on there at least a month before they were released in the UK, for instance, and there's no region issues with the GBA. Occasionally where demand warrants it, they carry import games, such as Animal Crossing for the Gamecube, though with these you will need the additional hard/software to run import games. Over Easter they had a special offering money off any purchase and there's the odd tie in (e.g. 30p or so off with Goldfish credit card!), so it's worth visiting regularly to see what's what. An excellent site, well run. For some reason the HTML on the page confirming payment is all askew but it doesn't affect a good service with good prices....

CD Cleaner - whats wrong with water ?

I will be reviewing the cleaner and also adding some extra uses I got out of it. ~ The kit ~ The JML CD cleaner is exactly what it says, it is a CD cleaner only and does a very good job too. In the kit you get the cleaner tool, looks like walkman and you put CD label down as the cleaning pads are on the lid and you get cleaning fluid. ~ How it works ~ Very basic, spray CD, place inside with label down, close lid and turn handle for a few seconds to clean disc. It works pretty well but it seems no different to running your CD under water and wiping with dry cloth. What? are they old cds or something? nope, all new releases cost only £8.99, except if the cd is a double disc or some other special release and even still the cd will be much cheaper than the usual high street competitors like hmv, virgin, tower records, even fopp. They are able to avoid certain cost because cds are sent from Hong Kong. So you should note that because of this, tracklistings or other things may be slightly different, but this does not happen that often, and cds are fine. Do they sell singles?
