Whilst I find shopping through the Game site easy it's rarely where I end up buying from. I'll often use it to locate the game I'm looking for but then when one uses a price comparison engine (or if you do the leg work yourself) you can often find the same game cheaper elsewhere. At the end of the day, a game is a game and so it matters not to me where I buy it from (although some might like the fact that there is a physical store at which to return goods). I like the fact that I can see trailers and screen shots and download demos on the site, but again, this isn't enough to make me actually buy here. Quality Care

...dating back to the early 1990's! It took a good week to sort everything into piles and date order but we managed it. My partner got onto Loyds bank to see if they would help to sort out the estate. They were very friendly and helpful as I think they are fully aware that it's an emotionally delicate situation when some one has passed away. Unfortunately the estate came under the amount for them to work with so they passed us onto a solicitor. The soliciting company came with high recommendations from Loyds who said they use them on many occasions. I did get a bit confused as I was waiting for them to then pass us onto some one else and so on but thankfully not. The first person we spoke with was with us the whole way through which was very comforting. There was one other epson involved as they split the state into bills and house sale...

Advantages: None that I can think off
Disadvantages: you get ripped off and get charged for it

...This may sound like a general gripe but it is an honest question as I would love to meet this person and see if they could help me as so far we have been with two solicitors and just becuase we are on legal aid they have done nothing for us, also I was under the assumption the the executors of a will even though they are solicitors were meant to work for the people who were name under the will not for them selves but in my experience this is not so. My mother died some 9 yeas ago (yes this has been going on for that long) she told us that she had left her property to us whens he died it was found out that she had changed her will without telling me and under the influence of my siter so that the property had to be sold, we did try and contest the will but were told as we were on legal aid they doublted if we would get very far this...

...I would have to endorse the views of the vast majority of people who like me have had the poor misfortune to have trusted my business to this firm. As with many of the reviewers I too was "sold" the "service" by my local estate agent who explained that as they were part of the same group Countrywide Lawyers made an ideal option in terms of handling the legal side of things. This in principle sounded ideal: they were able to do everything via correspondence, I wouldn't need to book appointments with a solicitor, I could call them for updates or go online, they would keep me informed as to progress, a no move no fee guarantee.... but how wrong I was and it became apparent that once I had been, as I see it, captured by this pitch I had made a massive mistake all of which just added to what was already a stressful experience. DO NOT USE CWPL!

Advantages: Absolutely none whatsoever
Disadvantages: Far to many for me to list in this short space

...Having been a customer of BT for a couple of years I'm no stranger to bad customer service, however I have to say that CWPL are the worst, most unprofessional and incompetent company I have ever come across. Just some of their shortcomings include losing our personal documents twice, lying to us over when they forwarded on information, almost causing the collapse of our sale because of delays caused by their incompetance, sending the wrong forms out to our buyers solicitors and then lying about it, refusing to chase things up with other solicitors, I could go on and on. I would urge anyone buying or selling a house not to use this company, you will have a much less stressful experience if you use someone else! I won't even buy a house from someone who uses them as their solicitors, let alone use them again myself....

Do NOT take out a policy from Europ Assitance

Disadvantages: Terrible service, massively long claim response time, rude, unhelpful

...Absolutely terrible company. Steer clear from any policy provided by or underwritten by this company at any cost. My partner and I took out a policy underwritten by Europ Assistance this summer to cover our round the world trip. Unfortunately, just after leaving (1 week after) the UK, we had to return as my father was taken into intensive care. 3 weeks after this, we submitted our claim form, supported by exhaustive documentation. 4 months later, and we are no further on - stupid information requests (repeating earlier requests), claim handled by multiple processors, rude staff on the phones etc. After such a long wait and avoidance tactics, we got a solicitor involved. You would think that would have greased the bearings a little. No. They put the solicitor on indefinite hold, hang up on him etc. etc. We're giving it one...

...My partner ordered some aftershave at the begining of Feb as a valantines gift. Valantines day came and went and numerous emails to the Perfume Emporium got the same response as others who have left feedback here. Firstly, they have 15 working days before they will acknowledge non reciept of goods despite their advertising stating 3-5 days delivery! They then claim to have up to 30 days when you re-contact them after the initial 15 days. In our case we contacted the credit card cimpany and held up payment. The good eventually arrived at the end of March. Immediately we got threatening emails saying payment MUST be made otherwise we would be hearing from solicitors. My 9 month pregnant partner then had the worry and called the credit card company to allow payment to be made. Day's later, we then get more emials demanding money...
