...Easy Vision Multi Purpose Solution I have been using contact lenses now for nearly a year and because I subscribed to Specsavers monthly prescription lenses the solution that you receive with your three months supply is this Easy Vision multi Purpose Solution. As I pay £10 per month for my prescription Specsavers send out every three months three bottles of this solution along with six contact lenses (3 pairs) which will last me for the following three months. The three bottles of solution actually always last me longer than the said three months and I have already started getting somewhat of a stockpile. The solution comes in large bottle, which contains 250ml. There is an expiry date on each bottle but this usually gives a good couple of years before the solution has to be used up. ...About three years ago when Johnson's contacts were'nt what they are today I decided to change my opticians and look for a new brand of contacts. The Johnson's contacts I had been wearing were uncomfortable and the solution stung like hell every morning but I put up with it because it was an all in one solution. Dollond & Aitchison opticians offered me a new contact that had been produced by Bausch & Lomb (aparantly the makers of ray band). I did'nt live near town so I jumped at the chance of a new contacts that would be sent straight to my door. That was when I was introduced to renu. I was really pleased because it did'nt sting and was really easy to use. You just fill up your tubs with the solution. You then clean and rinse your lenses with the solution and in the morning you clean the tub again with the very same solution... Read review

...i have recently changed lens cleaning solutions to Vision Express own brand cleaner and disinfectant. This is easy to use you just drop a little tablet into your lens holder and then fill up with cleaner. The cleaner will clean the lenses and then as the tablet disolves it then neutralises the lenses so no need to then change the solution before putting in your eyes as with some solutions. Put don't put the lens in your eye if you did not put the tablet in though because it will definately sting!!! I have not had any problems with this cleaner and do not feel the need to use protein tablets.... Read review

...Daniel galvins Miracle solution is just that a miracle in a bottle! This solution is a monthly treatment for your hair which really does work. I tried it as my hair was basically like straw - dull dry and in need of some TLC. It's only £4.99 from Boots.Its really easy to use and rinses out quickly. The solution really gets to work fast as soon as its rinsed off you'll notice that your hair feels alot better. When your hair is dry you should notice that its shiny and looks really Great and healthy. So if you want to turn straw into silk then get this! It really does work!... Read review

...This stuff is fantastic!!! I've got a 10 week old beagle and this has been invaluble. I bought it from pets at home and it's relatively reasonable. It comes in bottle with a flip-top lid. This is unusual for a cleaner but seems to work really well. As you can imagine I tend to use it for the inevitable little "tiddles" that seem to appear around our house... but that's not all it's good for - it works via enzymes and is useful for wine, coffee, vomit, grassstains, babyfood...etc. Fantastic! Anyway, for the dog wee problem.. it works best if you soak up any remaining lioquid with a papertowel and then once this is done squirt the simple solution onto the stain. Leave it to dry and the stain disappears and any smell goes. The scent of the solution is actually really nice and reminds me of fresh washing. I would recommend it.... Read review

...I have been wearing Contact Lenses since I was 15 years old. I’m 37 now so that’s 22 years that I’ve been using them. During this time I have gone through many a brand of solutions. I remember the olden days when you had a multitude of different solutions. One for cleaning, one for rinsing and one for storing. Gradually with advancement in this area, “All-In-One” or “Multipurpose” solutions are now available and there is one solution that I would like to point out. It’s the ReNu Multipurpose solution is manufactured by Bausch & Lomb which is a highly reputable company. The bottle is of plastic body and the content is 240ml. ...I have been a soft contact lens wearer for the past fifteen years. I have used several cleaning solutions over that period. All except the one i am using now have allowed deposits to build up on the lens surface despite using protein tablet removers as well and were a complete pain to use. My worst experience was whilst i was using the two step solutions. I was late for work and went to put my lenses in in a hurry. After putting one in my eye i was overcome with instant agony - i had not rinsed off the cleaning solution with the neutralising solution - never again!! One bright red bulbous eyeball later and blurred vision for a while i decided it was time to look for a safer solution to use to clean my lenses. ...I have been using Contact Lenses since the age of 12 and I recently purchased another batch of disposable contact lenses, as this is the type that I wear nowadays. The type purchased was the SofLens Comfort, which come in boxes of 6 lenses. The optical practitioner included a bottle of Renu MultiPlus solution with my order, free of charge. Since I have started using disposable lenses, which basically means that you wear them for about a month and then through them away and replace them with another pair, the need to use solutions has greatly diminished. Solutions are basically required for cleaning, soaking and storing your contact lenses. However from time to time I do need to use it as occasionally I do remove my lenses at night if I am suffering any minor irritations or if the lenses need to be cleaned prior to the one month...
