Hotel Libertador in Lima , Peru

Advantages: Lovely staff - all very helpful
Disadvantages: too far from the interesting parts of Lima

...The hotel is very small only 56 rooms and is situated next to the golf course and country club.in a residential area. The lobby is very small with a few comfortable seats but was very functional rather than a place where you might sit and chat with friends. There is a side room with a couple of computers offering internet access but there was free wifi access in the rooms as well which was...

Advantages: Hassle free holiday!
Disadvantages: Moved quickly and became quite fatigued

...We went to Peru in 2003 with Thomas Cook holidays. It was a package holiday, but given the variety of desitnations available in peru it offered the most hassle free way of gettign around and getting to see everything. Having never been abroad before I found the package hoiday deal most helpful. We got picked up at the house and dropped at heathrow to a waiting tour guide who told us where...
