Sony SD12 X Car amplifier, blow your mind

Advantages: Price, build and sound quality, finish
Disadvantages: 2 channels may not be enough

...When I bought my VW Bora about a year and a half ago now I wasn't overly impressed with the amount of base and sound quality I could get from the stereo. So the idea was to look for a well priced amplifier that wasn't to complicated but would provide the low end base that I was looking for without blowing out the back window in the process. Don't get me wrong here, I am not one of those people who drives about with their windows down pumping out rubbish to all who care (not many). Anyways, I made a trip up to Halfords for one of those serial buying events that my wife hates. Advantages: very large size, low price, perfect accuracy, good pressure sensitivity

...This is my third graphics tablet. I was not very sure about getting this product, but after some experimenting and practice I came to the conclusion that this product rules. The main reason I got this is windows xp x64 bit support. However- you will not find a tablet of this size for a lower price anywhere! the wacom alternative is at least 2-3 times the price. battery included. At first I was surprised by the lack of a crevice in the tablet where you can put the pen, however style-wise I understand why that did this. The pen holder is wobbly - should have been more heavy and with a larger base but ok if used carefully. some people complain about the lack of eraser feature on the other end of the pen, however if you set the keyboard shortcuts for easy switching this is a non issue and in fact is faster than to having to physically...

The price of the eyetest was half the price of D&A (£15) to start with and if you purchased glasses afterwards then it would automatically be free. The eye test didn?t seem as hi-tech or extensive as D&A and nor did the equipment seem as up-to-date but the optician was friendly, made conversation and was just a genuinely nice guy and whats more important, the test results came back the same as they did at D&A; I need glasses and I have a stigmatism. Excellent value for money 24 x optical zoom

Advantages: easy to use, excellent stability
Disadvantages: wind block doesn't cut out all the wind noise, very sensitive mic

...It was a toss up between the Sony TRV22/TRV33 or something a lot cheaper that just does the job. I settled for the Panasonic NVGS11b which offered all the basic features eg stability, windcut, photo to tape, colour night shot, dv out for computer editing and the best thing was the 24 x optical zoom.. At first glance the camcorder is small and easy to hold even for my wife who has small hands. It has a colour LCD screen which opens out and can rotate to the front, black and white view finder and the tape loading mechanism is at the top so if you use a tripod you don't need to undo the camcorder whilst changing tapes. The zoom is easily operated using your first or second finger and can be locked at 24 X optical, 60 X digital or 800 X digital. In my opinion the zoom was useless after 170 because everything became pixelated but...

...I moved into my flat 5 years ago where i had a built in washing machine which was truly horrific despite being brand new the drum was dented and made the most horrific noise which i could live with but being on the 2nd floor my neighbours really couldnt. I decided it was really time to upgrade and due to lack of space and already having a superb tumble dryer i decided it was time to invest in an integrated washer dryer despite everyone trying to convince me otherwise based on the fact that if one part fails they both fail. I shopped around for truly ages and decided upon the indesit 12x as my faithful tumble dryer was the same make. I truly can not personally fault indesit they have never failed me yet!!! There are plenty of connections available for use on the X3000/X3500, including HDMIx3 and Componentx3, and a USB slot. Generally, I feel the Television offers very good image quality via SD Freeview, Sky or Virgin Media. During fast action scenes such as sports, the video processing of the Bravia Engine Pro lets the set down a bit - occasionally pixelated areas appear. This can be improved by activating the 'MotionFlow 100Hz' feature available, but it cannot be truely eliminated. However, HD is, as is most sets, where the Sony shines.
