Sony Ericsson W610i
Review of Sony Ericsson W610i Walkman Plush orange by
RaLou85
Advantages: Battery. Stylish.
Disadvantages: Little buttons.
...I had previously owned a Sony Ericsson phone, and hated it. I'm not sure why but I did. When my contract expired, I rang my network and asked what phones were currently available within my budget. I explained that there was No Way that I would Ever have another Sony Ericsson. To cut a long story (and phone call) short...I ended up ordering the Sony Ericsson W610i as it had the better battery life. I figured that as a mobile was originally intended for emergencies and so on, a longer battery life was of greater importance than brand.
I have had this phone since April now, and I love it! Really love it!
It's a stylish and funky looking phone, with a lovely slim build. This phone has fitted into the tightest of my pants pockets with no problems. A feature that I also really like it the ability to attach looped items, such as holders...

sony walkman ex404
Review of Sony Cassette player by
jolal999
Advantages: cheap, goodlooking
Disadvantages: not very good quality of sound
...Now this is a great looking walkman, it is a great design and fairly slim. It is quite cheap, only £30. you get up to 24 hours play with two aa sized batteries, it has feather touch operation of its buttons this i like because some walkmans you have to press and they can be difficult and do make noise. It has auto reverse, mega bass, dolby b and and a belt clip. This is a grat walkman design alone but it does not give you great quality of sound but it is decent....

Great budget buy
Review of Sony Ericsson T10S by
m_kingdom
Advantages: Good reception quality and battery life
Disadvantages: T10s transmit side is not brilliant.
...The keypad is protected by a Motorola-style ‘flip’, but it doesn’t answer calls. The backlit keypad is likable. The display, which is also backlit, can show three lines, each of 16 characters. The display has icons for signal strength, SMS/voicemail receipt, divert, and battery condition. A screw-on belt clip is supplied. However, it tends to fall off the belt with the slightest provocation. The T10s has a vibrate alert and 11 ringers. You can also compose and store up to two of your own melodies. The battery life is good. The sound quality is good. The T10s is an attractive proposition for the budget user....

Small and bright
Review of Sony Ericsson T10S by
Paz21
Advantages: Small, many functions
Disadvantages: Heavy
...This is probably the best value for money phone around. I purchased a blue Ericsson T10s In April and have been very happy with it since. It has many functions and features including a calculator, own melodies and it has a vibrating option. The screen is clear and is very detailed. The phone is small and has a flip, the flip does not however activate phone calls. The downside to the phone is that it is hard to write text messages. The flip covers the keypad from accidental dialling and the phone also has a keylock function. It doesn't look very nice on a leather case but a belt clip is available. Battery life is reasonable as the charging time is short. Even though the phone is small it is quite heavy....

Good value : depending on how much you pay for it.
Review of Sony Ericsson Bluetooth HBH-35 Headset by
leddy
Advantages: Fit, balanced, stays on head, reasonable battery life
Disadvantages: Has a tendancy to self destruct, you can look like an idiot wearing it
...that it sticks into the ear awkwardly resulting in pain. Cant say this has happened in my case but it would seem that its a case of try before you buy!
So whats it like in operation?
Well for a start when you get the box you get a charger, carrying case, the headset, the manualand a clip for a car dashboard.
The case provided by sony ericsson is a bit of a mixed blessing. Whilst the fact that they've bothered to throw in a case is appreciated it simply doesnt stay on ones belt, as the clip is made of flexible plastic. My advice is get the case from the Ericsson HBH-15 headset and put the headset in back to front.
The Headset itself takes about an hour and a half to charge. Once you've done that you need to pair it - a relatively straightforward operation. Then set your voice dialling and profile tags up if you havent done this on your phone...

ASW610
Review of B & W ASW 610 by
Choppie1
Advantages: Compact size
Disadvantages: None
...I would consider myself, at best, an amatuer reviewer. I recently received my ASW610. Because of stock issues, I first used a ASW600 subbie and this was replaced by the ASW610. I have wooden floors in a 25m2 room, so perhaps I do not get the full benefit of the speaker. Comparing the 2 subbies, I find the ASW610 as good, if not better than the ASW600. It might be smaller, but it performs better. I only set the volume at about 50% which significantly adds to the movie and music expeirence. The subbie gets on with business wihtout overpowering the other components. From a space point of view, it is unsightly and out of the way. I use a Sony STR DA3200 AV receiver with a Denon 1930, B&W 684, HTM62 & LM1 surround speakers. Overall a very good combination....

My T68i!!!!!!
Review of Sony Ericsson T68i by
pacole
Advantages: Packet with features! Loads of accesories you can buy for it!
Disadvantages: Scratches easily. This can be easily avoided just by buying a cover.
...Hi Everyone :D
I love this phone!
It has everything I need on it.
Fantastic bargin if you can buy it somewhere for under £70. Mine cost me £60 off Ebay. I highly recommend searching it up on Ebay as prices range between £30 - £70.
Personally, I think that it is one of Sony Ericsson's best models. It looks nice, feels nice and costs less than most other phones!!!!!
Compared to some of the latest models S E have come out with, I still think this is the best value for money. Most of them look like small bricks!!!! However the T68i doesn't. No offence to anyone who has a T610 but the T68i has nearly as many features as it and looks much cooler!
Some accesories you can buy for under £20 include:
- A clip on camera
- A clip on mp3 player
- A clip on radio
- A bluetooth remote controlled car
I have saved myself loads of money using...

Sony SRF-S84: The Review.
Review of Sony SRFS84 by
matt_dvd_mad_2006
Advantages: Small, Portable, Lightweight, AM/FM, Mega Bass, 1 AAA battery.
Disadvantages: None whatsoever.
...enables you to select between MONO and Stereo.
On the back is the silver metal belt clip which is very useful. Then a Panel displaying: SONY SRF-S84 DC:1.5V RO3 (AAA) BATT OR EQUIV SONY CORPORATION.
And below the panel is where the AAA battery belongs. And finally on the left hand side there is a socket for the supplied headphones.
All in all, this radio will give you many hours of listening pleasure, due to its size, weight and great reception. As you can expect from Sony it is well built and should last you a few years.
From just one AAA battery it should give you loads of hours of use. Also the Mega Bass swith works really great too.
Thanks for reading......
Matt...

T18S shows its age
Review of Sony Ericsson T18S by
petergee
Advantages: Vibrate options, size, voice activation, alarm
Disadvantages: Weight, Robustness
...the volume control buttons to answer/call out when in use.
The belt clip was very useful until it broke last month (not covered by orange policy).
The phone now appears quite heavy (especially after the belt clip broke)compared to later offerings - so it is showing its age.
The alarm wakes me up every morning (even if phone is not on).
With later offerings at good prices now available, the T18s is not a viable recommendation. I think I'm going to be on my third T18s very shortly as this one is starting to behave erractically too.
Would look very carefully at the Ericsson upgrade later this year but may opt for something else as Ericsson as no longer directly involved in phone manufacture. But then maybe that's a good thing...?...

Better than a poke in the 7250i
Review of Sony Ericsson T610 by
antsss
Advantages: Small, compact PAYG phone with Bluetooth - the only one
Disadvantages: Case prone to scratches, massive camera lag
...with the Siemens MC-60, the Motorola v300 and the Sagem MYX-6. What about the T68i? Dated, poor Bluetooth support, and the clip-on camera was not a concept I wanted to go back to.
If I could have avoided Sony Ericsson, I probably would have done so. I didn’t really get on with my T300. But for features, there’s simply nothing that comes close to the T610 at the moment. If you disagree, leave me a comment and let me know! And check back for updates after Christmas, when I’ve found all of the T610’s little niggles!...
