Thumbs up for the Sony M2 memory card

Advantages: Good value for money (cheaper than most 2GB USB flash drives), and highly compact and portable
Disadvantages: Very small you so have to handle it really carefully

...I bought this memory stick for my Sony Ericsson Mobile phone back in December and it's still serving me well 6 months on, at the time I am writing this review. One of the desirable features of this product is its size. It's small compact nature means it can be easily popped in and out of your Sony Ericsson mobile phone at any time. At 2GB it can store about 500 MP3 files and about the same number of photos. It's also useful for storing PDF and word files if ever you don't a have a flash drive to hand You can also buy this memory card along with a USB card reader, which you just pop into your computer's USB port, and you're set to go. However, the fact that it's so small means you have to be really careful when handling it, becuse if you drop it, it can be realy hard to find again.This is the only reason why I didn't give this product...

For Some Sony Mobiles

Advantages: Very fast in transferring files, rather cheap, keeps thousands of pictures and video clips
Disadvantages: 1GB not enough for some, very small making it hard to find if lost

...I bought a Sony 1GB M2 memory card because my Sony ericcsson K770i internal memory was just not enough. The sony M2 card is very small and comes in black only I bought mine for £10 in one of those street mobile shops that unlock mobiles. I actually thought this was cheap for a Sony M2 card as you would normally find them at £15 or maybe more in electronic shops such as Comet, Pc World, Jessop's, Currys etc. The Sony M2 card comes in a thick plastic package, which has to be opened by a scissors or knife as it's hard to open by bare hands. Inside the package there are instruction on how to use the M2 card and there are some warnings on how to avoid the M2 card from being damaged. Is the Sony card really worth it?

...M2 memory cards can be used in alot of phones, some cameras and some other devices. There is a range of five hundred and twelve mb and four thousand Mb ( 4Gb ). Depending on the device the memory card is in there is a difference in how files are added to it through a computer. The phones that use it are connected to the USB and a file is opened showing what is on the memory card. If you want to add something to the memory card / phone you just copy and paste the file into the memory card. The M2 memory cards are small and easy to lose and hard to put in. Goodd idea for sony fans..

...distinctive, with their bluey silver design, and really stand out from many other credit cards. Sonycard have also started online access for those with a Sonycard. However, I have yet to use this, so am unable to comment on this. Overall, in my opinion this card suits 2 groups of people. One being those who are big fans of Sony, and like the idea of free products, although, you need to spend a lot on the card to get anything decent. For example a video recorder is 18000 pulsebeats, and a recordable DVD is a whopping 80000 points. The 0% deal is only really an advantage for rate tarts. I was planning on cancelling this card, but received a letter offering 6.9% APR on balance transfers for the life of the balance, so I have decided to keep the card for this reason. Let's start with the basics, you get 2 points per pound spent at Sainsburys or 1 point per litre of petrol bought at the Sainsbury's petrol garage. Each point accumulated is worth half a penny, so you need 2 points to equal 1 pence. If you redeem your points in store at Sainbury's then you will need minimum 500 points for £2.50 off o your shopping. Points need to be redeemed in increments of 500.
