Advantages: Price, comfort

...I purchased these Sony MDR-XD 100 for just under 15£ at an in store retailer. The reason I chose these for purchase was A) The price and B) The brand (Sony) was known to be reliable. I am overall satisfied with the product as I feel I got my values' worth in it. ...! Personal preferance aside, they look fine. They aren't flimsy or fragile, rather sturdy infact. If your on a budget and need new headphones, I heartily recommend you purchase Sony's MDR CD380 model, at around 26 quid you cannot go wrong!...

I had bought an ipod but the headphones had broken within 2 weeks of using them. after seeing the price for a new pair of ipod headphones (which i now hated with a passion) i decided i may aswell push the boat out and find some better headphones. the mdr-ex71sl's were recommended to me by a close friend of mine. when i finally located a pair, i thought they looked slightly cheap, but looks can be very decieving. the sound quality is amazing and the bass can actually be heard without a constant rattle or vibration, they are durable and they are by far worth the money if you want to spend the £30+ . the one thing i do not like about these, and is purely because im fussy more than...
