Advantages: Blu-ray, free online, nice extras like vidzone & iplayer. Almost silent operation
Disadvantages: Rubbish controller, still expensive, online nowhere near as good as xbox live

The PS3 Slim Comparison

Advantages: It's smaller, lighter and draws less power. Upgraded storage space.
Disadvantages: It doesn't look as sexy as it used to. Still no browser filtering.
