...Having just recently won a competition to spend a night with the PS3 I figured it would be a smart idea to do a personal review of the console which everyone will be talking about (in the UK) in a few weeks to come. Please bear in mind that I have only had a chance to test this baby out for a few hours and so my review will not be as in-depth as you might expect. A Great System from Sony

Advantages: Nice Classy Design, Great Graphics, and a Good Online
Disadvantages: Small Gamelist Thus Far and Some Games Suffer From Framerate and Graphical Pop-Up Issues

Advantages: Great Design
Disadvantages: No Dual Shock

...This is a great controller jus like the classic ps1/ps2 the design stayed the same. This is the perfect controller i can not say anything about the slick design. As you may know this controller is wireless so you may use it from newere in the room so no messy wires hanging around. And the batttery lasts very long i dont have to charge it very often but i dont play hours every day either. Only bad this about this controller is that unlike the ps1/ps2 controllers this does not have dual shock so no rumble :(.This is because sony could not get rights for the technology. Sony what happened? Well good news this controller is being released again next year as Dual Shock 3 is comming out. Advantages: Really good graphics, Blue Ray player built in, wireless internet for free
Disadvantages: High price, loud fan when playing games

...Sony's next generation console was well worth the wait from the Playstation 2. I have owned a PS3 for just over a year now and I have so far had no problems with it and to see the quality of the graphics of any game was incredible, and it was such a step up from the PS2. Although Sony was late in releasing the PS3, it was worth the wait in the end, although I did consider getting an Xbox 360 instead. The Xbox 360 came out much earlier and allowed microsoft the oppurtunity to get more Xbox 360's out there before the PS3 was even out. However there have been many reported problems with the Xbox 360, such as the console freezing, so I thought I best play it safe and instead get the PS3 when I had some money. Sony W580i A flawed gem?

Advantages: Easy to use, great features in an affordable phone
Disadvantages: Poor quality keypad.

We got her the pink one which was exclusive to Orange shops, so it had to be on an Orange pay as you go, which caused some problems as they refused to offer the texts deal they were advertising at the time. Anyway onto the phone which my daughter mainly uses to listen to music, and make occasional calls to let us know where she is, and text her friends. All of the basic functions are easy for her to use (if not for us old fogies to use) and the 2.0 megapixel camera is ideal for quick snapshots of her and her friends and sisters when they're doing something silly.
