...The sony VPL-ES2 is a great projector at a bargain price. I wil admit that I think it would struggle with large presentations with only having a 1500 lumen lamp. But for home use and for small scale office presentations this projector is just what you need. I bought this projector for watching films at home after selling my previous projector due to it being far too noisy. This projector is very different when it is on the sound from it is barely noticeable. If you've purchased a projector before then you'll know that the most important thing is the bulb life. Because when the bulb goes they can easily cost anywhere upwards from £300-£400. It is often a more economically viable option just to replace the projector. Sony VPL-CS1 A Projector Well Ahead Of It's Time

I recognise that this is a fairly old projector and pretty much outdated, but as I work with secondhand electronics, I am seeing this projector becoming more and more popular. If you are looking to buy one secondhand I wouldn't expect you to pay any more than £200 at most. Please do not be put off by the fact that this projector has a brightness of 600 lumens. It is on par with projectors of around 1500 lumens. Infact, it is far better than most projector of double the brightness (1200 lumens) the projectors that come to mind are Toshiba's, but I'll review some of them later. Sony's Excellent Projector

...room. That's the advantage of a projector you can make the screen as big as your imagination (actually as big as your living room wall). Overall the Sony VPL CX21 is a brilliant projector with plenty of features and excellent display output which is very clear. One downside though I must add is the noise the projector makes. Due to it being fully motorised its constantly making noise, we don't hear it when watching movies as the sound of the movie kills the projector noise easily but it isn't good if your using it for a presentation or in a meeting and that is what it was actually designed to do. So I would recommend it as a definite for movies. The projector costs around £600 - £700....

...I have used this Sony Projector for over 3 years. It is very light, compact and easy to use. It comes in a canvas carry case with shoulder strap. The projector itself folds up in to a compact carry case. The front cover folds over with a handle and locks so it can be carried like a mini briefcase. The control functions are on top of the projector. There is a row of buttons on the front, Power,Input,APA, and volume control. On the right are buttons for reset,menu,arrow keys and enter. There are 4 light signals,lamp,fan,power saving,standby. The port at the back has audio,mouse,video,svideo and scart to laptop connection. THe SONY LCD Projector made in Japan is very reliable. G600 - Nice to have a change from Nokia and Sony

...button is programmed for internet, which I can't assign for any other function as I do not use much internet on phone. 4> Camera flash is not too good. As said above if you want to capture quick movements (say of babies) you better look for some other camera phone. 5> Messages saved in Draft folder are not saved with receipant's names. 6> Took quite some time to get used to Clear button - which is quite different than Cancel as in Nokia or Sony models. Overall I think it's a good phone as it does many of the tasks nicely, if you use the phone's features moderately you will like the phone. Hope these points have helped you to make your opinion on G600....
