...Sony Ericsson K800i Hmmm what can I say , I brought the phone two months ago and I am slightly not happy about it , but let me first describe the phone to you all. Black Sony Ericsson K800i The phone is light weight, black in colour , it has 3.2 mega pixels camera, and its auto focus. It has a slightly large screen. My one is 3g make , which has a 3g logo near the buttons. Head set button on left hand side , adjustable volume buttons on the side, camera button just beneath the volume control on the right side of the phone. ...Please Note: Review was written quite a few months and has been updated. Why buy a digital camera when you can get an excellent camera and a phone in one! I had this sony ericsson k800i for about a year and a half and even though i must have dropped it like 100 times its still working really good! I've currently got another sony ericsson phone (see my review on c905). I'd say the camera on it is the best thing as it 3.2 mega pixel, the "cybershot" name pretty much gives it away on how sony erisson have made yet another gerat camera phone. As im always printing out actual photos in great quality, you would never guess they were from a phone. The camera section includes: Auto focus so the face is detected and makes taking photos easier, Picture blogging, Xenon flash which enables you to take good quality photos indoors and outdoors...

...I got the Sony Ericsson k800i about a month ago and have used it pretty much none stop. My first thought when I unpacked the phone and turned it on was how hard it was to use the joystick. You end up pressing down intead of pressing it in, resulting in you selecting your language as Spanish (or something like that) by mistake. After using the phone for a few minutes though I got used to it. People who have tried to use it have also said that the joystick is hard to use, so it's not just me. The first feature I tried was, of course, the 3 megapixel camera the phone boasts. It is pretty impressive, especially as I was used to a VGA camera. The picture quality is good, taking big 2048x1536 photos. Unfortunately the camera seems to lose it's quality when taking "high quality video". Texting is something I do a lot, and it's a bit...

Sony Ericsson K800i - Well worth the money

...The Sony Ericsson K800i. I found it very good vaue for money, I bought it for £69.99 on Pay as you go where I think its still available. The k800i is a 3G camera phone, one of the best camera phones ever made in my opinion. Although most people will look at the stats and see that it ony has 3 megapixels, the quality is surprisingly good. Although when it gets past 8x zoom the quality does start to lack a bit. Also, just to mention that there is in fact another VGA camera in the front of the phone for video calling. In terms of memory, the K800i comes with 80mb as standard. However, it does have a good music player built in; I bought a 4gb m2 memory card for mine, and I have 550 songs and about 1000 pictures on it. However my friend also has this phone but not the special edition version and I personally feel that she has got the better phone. Now you would think that a special edition phone would be far superior to the bog standard version. ...I feel that the Sony Ericsson K800i Cyber-shot is a mobile phone of fairly high quality. I've owned this product for a couple years now, and it has definitely been a worthwhile purchase. It's look and feel are good, as it isn't the most recent mobile phone on the market but still is trendy and can compete with some of the latest phones and their functions. It has definitely served me well as it has withstood many drops and falls. Therefore I would say that it's durability is within the good to excellent range. I'm with the O2 network, and with this phone I get reception almost anywhere and it is always clear. The battery still lasts for about 6-7 days without dying even now that it is a bit older. ...In my opinion, with its easy to use format, and un fiddly buttons, if your looking for something still high in good quality technology, but not too complicated mobile, then the sony ericsson k800i cyber-shot is the choice for you. It features a high quality camera of 3.2 megapixels, with xenon flas, it wont dispoint. In my opinion, from personal experience, i use nothing else than sony ericsson now, ive gone from nokia, to samsung, and ericsson has been by far the most reliable, durable, stylish choice.
