Fun At The South..
Advantages: something for all the family, location, clean and well maintained, lots to do
Disadvantages: can become expensive, not everything is always open, moody workers
...We stayed in a hotel up the South Shore during our holiday in Blackpool so were very close to the South Pier. During our stay, we visited the pier on a few occasions and at different times. This discusses our experience as a family.

Douglas, South Lanarkshire
Advantages: Plenty of history, family friendly, more amenities than you might expect
Disadvantages: Not much to do on Wednesdays, not much of a nightlife
...two years ago as I'm returning to university). I've been writing this review on Douglas since I moved here, in June 2012, and I think it's finally finished.
