Advantages: Special ed. teachers and kids are great
Disadvantages: The system sucks big time

.... Overall. I love special education, I doubt I’ll ever leave it. The children are so interesting and often affectionate, the challenge is immense but hugely rewarding and anyone considering a career here. My advice to those is to ignore the horror stories about the system and get into it, the career is a great one. And to all the parents out there, please remember the teachers do the best they can under difficult circumstances, have a go at the system too. The truth then, i love special needs, that teachers and the children, but I hate the system with a passion, as well as some peoples attitudes towards special needs in general.... Read review

...Kellogg’s Special K has long been marketed as a healthy eating product, which can help weight loss and assist you not only in fitting in to a skimpy red swim suit, but also in being cellulite and flab free. If the truth be known, it is actually no more or less healthy than other unsweetened cereals, such as cornflakes, rice krispies or bran flakes. However, I don’t choose to eat Special K because it is healthier than other cereals, I eat it because I like it! Breakfast is a bit of a chore as far as I am concerned. I know that I need to eat it, as I feel hungry if I don’t, and also it is unhealthy to start the day without eating, but I find the majority of breakfast foods uninspiring, and have tried countless different cereals with which I have ultimately become bored! Advantages: It's the Specials!

...Specials - The Specials It's 1979 I am 16 going on 17, left school and am a scooter skin, which basically meant I rode a scooter (Lambretta SX 200) and had a skinhead. I was into Ska in a big way, but old style skinhead Ska, The Pioneers, The Upsetters etc. Then something happened, we got British Ska, The Beat, Selector, Madness (early on) and the best of all, The Specials. I have two vinyl LP's left in my house, this one (very scratched) and one by a band called Back To The Planet. The Top Gear lads are back in business, with the release of their eagerley anticipated challenge, 'The Polar Special'. I first saw this,along with the American Special going on for about a year ago now,and as expected from the team,was in stitches when I saw it. Only Jeremy Clarkson,James May and the Hamster could be daft enough to consider racing to the North Pole and actually pull it off! I first heard they had released this on DVD about a month ago,yet I believe its been on sale for about six months. ...As it is Lent I have decided to give up bread for the duration in an attempt to shed a few pounds. I find this season ideal for me to lose the pounds gained over Christmas as I have that extra incentive to give something up! So in order to replace my daily Marmite on toast for breakfast I went in search of some interesting cereals – in addition to the normal Rice Krispies, Cornflakes, muesli etc. which are the mainstay of our breakfast cupboard. I came across Special K on my search of the supermarket shelves and decided that perhaps it would be worth a try. I remember my Granddad used to love it when I was a kid! Although I think the flakes have changed shape – they used to look like small squashed Rice Krispies. It seems to have been around for years and is well known as the dieters’ breakfast!
