...Speedo is a reputable brand for swimwear and I have bought many items from this company over the years. I bought the Speedo cap for swim training approximately 6 months ago. It is made from durable and stretchy moulded fabric which is designed to fit very tightly over the user's head. I have short hair and an average sized head but found this cap too tight to use in order to feel comfortable. Different colours are avialbale in this range - mine was black. Ears became very sore after approximatley one hour of use and they were flat to the head and red once the cap was removed. The cap tore down the centre upon the fourth use as it was such a tight fit for the average sized head. Not a product to recommend...

Speedo swimming cap

Advantages: Keeps hair dry and chlorine free
Disadvantages: Can start to get uncomfortable after a while

...Me and my boyfriend like to go swimming now and again on a Saturday morning, and as we are going to mexico early next year we are both trying to get more toned up, so we have been going swimming every week recently. One thing I have noticed since going swimming every week is my hair is now a mess! It feels so dry and brittle, especially when I just get out the pool and wash my hair, it is so hard to brush and manage. I was reading up on the internet why this is, and apparently chlorine is really bad for your hair! So I decided to invest in a swimming cap to use whilst swimming. Advantages: anti fog, uv protection, no leaks!
Disadvantages: none
