Spider-Man 3 - Sequel Flop
Review of Spider-Man 3 (DVD) by
GoFigure
Advantages: None
Disadvantages: Extremely boring
...the director insisted on using real actors in the first place. Personally, this movie would probably have been more enjoyable without the presence of real actors... but then again, maybe not.
There are no redeeming qualities to be found in this movie because even the special-effects end up being repetitive and boring. Spider-Man 3 is a lesson in tedium, therefore, unwilling to waste more time reviewing this useless movie I will conclude by saying; 'Caveat celebratio - let the audience beware'....

Spider-Man 3.......a bit meh
Review of Spider-Man 3 (DVD) by
Happenstance
Advantages: Brilliant action sequences
Disadvantages: Strays too far from its original story and feels disjointed
...Spider-Man 3 was always going to be a hard movie to create, with the first 2 being some of the best comic book films available it had a lot to live up to.
Unfortunately it kind of works, kind of doesnt. Throughout the movie you feel like you are watching a film which could have been something great but just never really managed to get there. Fans of the original Venom story like myself will feel let down by the use of a very popular villian in this movie and to me, Sandman just kind of felt shoved into the continuity of the movies to give him more relevance.
I have spoken to people who are not fans of the comics and most of them actually quite enjoyed the movie. I would say though anyone who follows Spider-Man comics will poke holes all through this movie.
This is definately a recommendation to general movie goers or comic fans...

Venomous strikes at Spider-Man
Review of Spider-Man 3 (DVD) by
Ailran
Advantages: Great special effects, villainous acting
Disadvantages: the overall story, is too long
...but also in a 1970’s live action TV show. A film spin off (in actual fact just double episodes lumped together) did hit UK cinemas back then but it wasn’t until the CGI generation and the ability to smoothly integrate CGI into a live action film that Spider-man really hit the big time on the movie screen.
2002 was the year and the movie, directed by Sam Raimi and starring Tobey Maguire, was a Spider-man film in look and feel. It was how Spider-man should be and the masses obviously agreed as the flooded into the cinemas to watch it.
Two years later the much awaited sequel arrived to much fanfare and again was a big success.
The question is will the third film have the same success as the first two or is it one step to far?
Spider-Man 3 continues the story of the web slinging wonder, the alter ego of Peter Parker, science nerd...

Spider man/black suited spider man
Review of Spider-Man 3 (Xbox 360) by
KPN7
Advantages: quite fun webslinging
Disadvantages: no long time playability
...Spider man genre of games comes onto next gen, however not with as big as of a bang as we at first thought. I must admit I have been a big fan of the spider man games however this one simply isnt as good as the others of their time. When games come onto nex gen consoles it is expected that the games will be amazing and truly breathtaking. I must admit its an improvement, however it isnt the improvement which we were all hoping for.
The storyline follows the films storyline and adds aditional storylines in order to keep the user hooked. Too be totally honest I havent seen the film yet. Simply havent had the time. This means that I am not totally sure of the storyline and how well the game follows the film. However from what I have being able to gather the game doesnt follow the storyline entirely. This is a disapointment indeed. You...

Spider Man 3 PS3 good game spider lover or not
Review of Spiderman - The Movie 3 (PS3) by
zyndol
Advantages: fast humourous indepth and great fun
Disadvantages: graphics are average
...PLESANTLY SUPRISED!
I got this game not expecting much at all, not being a particular fan of spider man and not really enjoying the first 2 films. The reason why I got this game was due to the lack of other games on the ps3
The game started with a tutorial mission allowing you to get to grip with some of sider mans moves and skills, It brings you in slowly as there is a lot to learn. The tutorial voice is quite humorous taunting you and bigging himself up instead of you which was quite original.
The overall fighting and combat of the game is quick and faily easy, the only thing I didn't like about it was that you didn't really seem to select the moves you did they seemed a bit random, this could of been down to my spider senses though.
As you go through the game you unlock new features and skills which is a good way to do...

When I watched Spider Man 2 I expected it to be good as I really enjoyed the first movie although I though it could've been more action in it but the sequel seems to have everything that is needed to make a good strong sequel....Action, Suspense and of course Love!
I am not sure if Dr. Octavia was the right charactor to be the bad guy in this film but the guy who played him did a very good job in his role. It is envevitable that there is going to be a 3rd film with the teaser at the end of the sequel but whether it will actually...

Spider-Man 2
Review of Spider-Man 2 (Wide Screen) by
Naktep
Advantages: fun for all, strong story over action, but good action none the less. It's funny
Disadvantages: only some minor points not worth brining up here.
...on Doc Ock’s arms that looks incredible. When Doc Ock wants to question Peter Parker its probable better not to throw cars at him when he’s not looking, or when he is looking for that matter. You could also argue that there is just a tad too much mushy love going or not going on between Mary Jane and Peter.
But these are small flaws for a film that has been made so well, again Sam Raimi has made a Spider-Man film with the care that makes it so enjoyable. Roll on Spidey 3....

The Amazing Spider-man
Review of Spider-Man 2 (Wide Screen) by

Advantages: Superb acting, superb action, superb CGI in fact nearly everything
Disadvantages: The slighlty anti-climax final battle between Dr. Oc and Spidey
