..., the drink is suitable for vegetarians. Spiked Silver is mostly a silver can as the name suggest with a light blue coloured tick on the front, it is quite similar in appearance to Red Bull. They are available in 250ml cans as is the norm with energy drinks but I have also seen them in four packs. The four packs would be useful if you consume these drinks at home but as I only purchase them as a pick-me-up when I am out on the road at work, I only ever purchase the single cans. These drinks don't come cheap with the 250ml single cans retailing for around £1.09 and the four packs retailing for roughly £2.99. Certainly a lot more expensive than a six pack of 'Coke' or 'Pepsi' but the drink shouldn't be viewed as a drink that should be consumed in large quantities. A few friends and I had decided to hire a van and take a tour of the national park, as we had been recommended it by several people we had met along the way. The bitch is back! (Spike: Expanded Edition - Elvis Costello)

Advantages: Smooth,more chilled than his other albums with a much slower pace.
Disadvantages: It took so long getting to us!

...Spike (1989) was well worth the wait, as there was nearly a two year gap between this album and Blood & Chocolate. But when I first put this album in my tape player (showing my age now), and I heard the first song ''This Town'' with lyrics like 'everybody in this town thinks your a bastard'; I sighed a hugh sigh of relief. Costello was back with more of those addictive comments of society that I love more than chocolate. The album uncharacteristically takes a slower pace with the second song "Let him dangle", a lazy jeering song with seriously dark undertones. Then it slows down even more with the third song (and my favourite) "Deep dark truthful mirror", the piano and trumpets in this are really spectacular in a relaxed easy way. ...Spike Dudley ; Commonly referred to as " Little " Spike Dudley - and rightly so as they are clearly mentioning his size in that statement, the reason? he is around 5'5 and 150 pounds (or as the commentators say " a buck 50 ") and so he does not have the look of a wrestler nor does he have the strength but he sure has the athleticism and heart of a wrestler. He does moves which quite frankly I at least; find hard to believe - such as where he is thrown around like a rag doll. Such as, when he has come into the WWF I have seen him feud with people such as Bubba Ray and D-Von who are his " half brothers " a.k.a The Dudley Boyz who are table driven maniacs who like to put Spike through the wood at unbelievable velocity. If you are unfamiliar with the sort of products Lush sell then I would advise having a look online as they sell solid and liquid shampoos, bath bombs, bubble bars, etc. Some of the Lush products however aren't available to buy in store; you have to buy these particular products online from the Lush website. ...I have to admit I am a lover of French films, but also a lover of films that concentrate on people, relationships and feelings rather than action and excitement. Three Colours Blue fits the bill for me perfectly. The first part of a trilogy - the second being Three Colours White and the third Three Colours Red - it is French but is directed by Krysztof Kieslowski of Poland. I watched all three films several years ago but Blue was the one that appealed most to me, so I eventually decided to buy the DVD. ...WKD is one of the many alcopops drinks currently on the market. There are three types of WKD - Irn Bru, Silver and Blue and today Matthew I?m going to be Blue. ...I have wanted to see the movie Blue Crush ever since it came out in the cinemas way back in 2003 when I was twelve years old! However six years later , which brings us to the year of 2009 and me to the age of eighteen , browsing through the DVD's on sale in my local Wilkinson's , it dawned on me that after all this time of wanting to see this movie , I still hadn't gone to the actual effort of watching it. So I promised myself there and then that this time I WAS going to watch this film , and so I picked up a copy of the DVD and took it to the counter.
