Slash Down To Splash Landings

Advantages: Great themeing and services provided.
Disadvantages: Accessabillity to the theme park.

...Recently I stayed at 'Splash Landings Hotel' at Alton Towers theme park with several of my closest friends. I have to say that the whole package was unbelievable, a very enjoyable weekend away. ...Splash Plastic I don’t like debt. Nobody does it’s true, but I have a real phobia about getting into debt. Hence, I have no credit cards. I cannot purchase anything online without using another persons card and giving them the money. All very inconvenient. That is until someone told me about splash plastic. What is it? ...THE HOTEL I made my first and eventful trip to the Splash Landings Hotel in March and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Having read some dire reviews I went with some trepidation, but what I found there was a really pleasant surprise! The Splash Landings Hotel is the latest addition to the Alton Towers complex in Alton, and as a contrast to the formality of the Alton Towers Hotel next door, is designed as a small Caribbean village. This creates a nice air of informality, which is encode in the fact that people wonder around in their swimming costumes to their rooms from the Carriba Creek Water Park which forms a vast part of the hotel. Worth Splashing Out For

Advantages: An interesting taste sensation
Disadvantages: A bit too sickly sweet to be chewed often

...?s Extra, although as I tend to chew those two at a time, it balances out and they?re only slightly more expensive than Wrigley?s Extra Ice and have the advantage of being a bit bigger, as well as much fruitier. I did enjoy Trident Splash as a variation to my normal choice of chewing gum, although more because it wasn?t mint flavoured than because I particularly enjoyed the fake and overly sweet strawberry flavour. That said, I did enjoy the shock of the contrasting lime and strawberry sensations early in the chewing. As such, this is a gum I would chew again, but only on rare occasions. This certainly would not become my regular choice of chewing gum, as it?s too sweet for my tastes, although it's certainly preferable to smoking. ...I stayed at the Alton Towers Splash Landings hotel in February for their Towers and Treats event. It cost £168 for 2 adults 1 child and 1 infant including free access to the Towers and Treats event, unlimited rides on oblivion and various other rides in Old Mcdonalds farm, a 2 day waterpark pass for the 4 of us and a buffet breakfast with one nights stay. Arrival - The hotel has a large foyer area with a caribbean theme, my son immediately ran over to the large windows which feature throughout the lobby and overlook the Cariba Creek waterpark and it is a fantastic sight. The reception area was very quiet and although we had arrived 4 hours before the official check in time we were able to access our room straight away. ...My boyfriend & I visited Splash Landings Hotel last September, when we were 17. We stayed for two nights B&B. We arrived at 2:30 (check in is at 3:00). The porter kindly took our bags, and let us explore the hotel. At 3:00 a member of staff approached us, told us our room was ready, and showed us to it. Upon a first glance the room did look a little tacky, but once the bed spreads were taken off, they looked great. We then left for the water park & returned a few hours later. After having a bath we noticed that the water took ages to go down the plug, But the free shower gel & shampoo (Imperial Lather) made up for this.
