...The Porsche Boxster is quite simply (in my opinion) the finest roadster available on the roads today. For those who don't know, it is a 2 door, 2 seater mid-engined convertible produced by Porsche and built in Germany (and Finland alongside the top-of-the-range Saab Viggens). Priced at c. £31,000 for the 'base' 2.7 model it is significantly less expensive (can you use the word cheap to describe a Porsche?) than the c. £60,000+ 911 but has so many of it's big brother's features. These include the kudos that comes with ownership of a Porsche, fantastic handling (really, truly sublime), sleek purposeful looks (that deceive most into believing you're driving a 911 from the front) and a great 6 cylinder water-cooled engine (recently expanded from 2.5 to 2.7 litres). ...Transworld Sport is an hour-long program dedicated to sport. Nothing unusual in that you might think – but you’d be wrong. Name a sport and Transworld Sport will have covered it. Every week you get a run down of all the major sports in each country, you’ll see the Football highlights in the UK, the Baseball scores from the US and an Aussie Rules run down from Australia. Every week them seem to cram in more and more sports including the most unusual sports from each country. Every week you get interviews with the big names in each sport, profiles of up and coming sportsmen and women. Quite often, you get ‘day-in-the-life’ mini documentaries. Say Hello to the Vauxhall Frontera The Frontera has been Produced under many Names Mu,Amigo,Rodeo by Vauxhall, Isuzu and Holden to name a few, But essentially it is an Isuzu but Manufactured in Britain by Vauxhall using British Steel with British Labour and a German built Engine, in fact the only Japanese parts are the electrics! Mine's an N (95/96) Reg, 2.8TDi in Fern Green (yeah, Bright Green :-s). It is a Short Wheel Base/Sport (SWB) 2 Door Model, so bear with me if I include/miss out things other Frontera Sports have or don't have. I Chose the Frontera (again) as it was Cheaper and known to me as Capable and it doesn't look as boxy as most 4x4s do these days! Plus it's relatively easy to get Parts. Not as easy as Land Rover... Advantages: Effective - it really does give you a boost of energy, tastes good for an isotonic drink, replenishes lost electrolytes

...I have been using Lucozade Sport, an isotonic drink, for quite some time now. I was not persuaded to use this product because of the advertising with the claim that it helps you to last “33% longer”, I just bought a bottle one day from the vending machine in my sports centre because I needed a drink. I decided to try the Lucozade sport as an alternative to the bottled water on offer, soft drinks were also on offer but these are not ideal to use when exercising. I had tried Isotonic drinks in the past and other Lucozade products and thought that most of them tasted quite disgusting, Lucozade sport however seemed to taste quite nice in comparison. As far as I know Lucozade sport comes in four different flavours which include Lemon, Orange, Mixed Berry and Pink Grapefruit. Personally the flavour I prefer would have to be Lemon this has... The site is fast, easy to use and easy to read and is updated very quickly. It is also reliable. You can get reports on football matches as soon as they've finished and constantly updated reports on the cricket and tennis among others. Sports.com provides you with the headlines of the moment and in-depth details on all sports, with football and cricket being the main attractions. When England are playing cricket, Sports.com's Cricket ticker is brilliant. ...It's interesting to find what's being built right under your nose, and whilst it has been open for quite some time now when a massive new Sports World (formerly known as Sports Soccer) opened in a new shopping park just outside of the usual shopping area in Cambridge, I was obliged to find out what it's like. This now not very newish Sports World isn't the only one Cambridge has to offer though, as there is also one in the centre of town - that's not too shabby in size either. What exactly do these shops have to offer? Well I'll be happy to let you know. With the arrival of the new Sports World came an influx of a brand I had hardly ever heard of before, Lonsdale.
