Good all purpose shoe, also suitable for cricket

Advantages: Comfortable, well made, reasonable price
Disadvantages: not a lot of toe protection

...I have starting playing indoor cricket, and have been playing on polished wooden surfaces, where grip has been important, especially when bowling. I found the Adidas Uproar to be very comfortable, although not specifically designed for cricket, although taking one on the foot from an indoor ball still hurts. For bowling I found grip very good, essential if you want to avoid turning your ankle over when bowling, even though these are a low cut trainer. The bottom of the shoe has a non-marking indoor sole, and good traction. A cross trainer cut would be a plus, although these shoes were good value and being well made will undoubtedly last for a long time....

Prince Indoor NFS II Squash Shoe

Advantages: Comfortable, Durable, Fashionable, Protective
Disadvantages: Fairly Expensive

...-Tech and Head in the past but I have found that these alternatives are not as durable as the Prince Indoor shoe, even after only a coupel of games, i noticed that the shoes were beginning to mark in several places. In the last year, Prince have introduced another shoe NFS III, this is currently around £10 more expensive than the NFS II shoe and while I was tempted to try it out, I don't think I could be happier than with the shoe I have bought. At around £35, these shoes are not cheap, but you do get value for money and compared to some of the flimsy everyday sports 'fashion' shoes on the market these are a real bargain. Although I have never used them for Badminton, they are advertised as a 'court shoe', so I would imagine they are suitable for either sport.
