The aim of the game is to get you fit and this it does!! EA Sports Active comes with the game disc, a Wii Nunchuk with a thigh band that tracks running, and a stretch resistance band for lunging and weightlifting. Your own wii remote will be used for such things as throwing and punching. The Wii balance boad is not an essential requirement but i find it is helpful with a number of activities. Th package also has a workout calendar, it can track your calorie losses and even asks questions about your diet. Compared to other computer games this is sure to get you motivated and possibly lose a good few pounds!...

Get active at Wii Sports Resort.......for a price!

Advantages: fun to play with family and friends, lots of game choices, some really fun games, multiplayer
Disadvantages: very expensive, some potentially boring games, not as well designed as it could be.

...it is fun to play if you like that sort of thing. Bowling I was utterly addicted to Bowling on the original Wii Sports game so was very excited to see that it has been included in this game. The Wii Motion Plus sensor makes the game more sensitive to your movements and the graphics are slightly different but other than that the game is the same. It is enjoyable and a great one to play with the family. My grandparents love to come and play bowling with us as the movements are intuitive and it is very realistic. In addition to a game of bowling there are various other bowling activities that are fun to do such as ?spin control? where you can practise your spin. My only criticism of the bowling is that due to the increased sensitivity of the remote, getting a strike is much harder than before which is a little bit frustrating...

sports resort got me active!!!!

Advantages: great fun, great multiplayer capabilities
Disadvantages: possibly the price but other than that nothing!!!!

...Wii sports resort is the next step up from the original wii sports game, only not only is it a step up its a leap forward in the fun factor. With even more sports available its difficult to get bored of this game, and very easy to get addicted to it!!!! There are 12 sports available on the game:- swordplay Wakeboarding Frisbee Archery basketball table tennis golf bowling power cruising canoeing cycling airsports. So far my favourite sports have been the wakeboarding, the frisbee and the table tennis, although i have tried all of the sports on the game and i liked everyone of them. Advantages: Varied exercises every day to get you toned

...If you look back through reviews I have written you will appreciate that about 18 months ago I decided to get fitter and healthier and just over a year ago I bought myself Wii Fit. I enjoyed that when I first got it and to be fair it did set me on the road to exercising more and losing a bit of weight but after a time it gets boring and working out with it is quite slow. I then moved on to My Fitness Trainer so it isn't surprising that when EA Sports Active came on the scene I would be willing to give that a go too. This one's gonna make you sweat.

Advantages: The 30 day challenge keeps you motivated and the exercises aren't boring!
Disadvantages: Doesn't keep a record of your weight and occasionally doesn't track your movements.

However, whilst this sounded good, people who were looking for a strong workout may have been disappointed. Wii Fit is fun... but didn't have continous workouts which told you how many calories you may be burning. Then along came EA's game... EA Sports Active Personal Trainer. ...you can train in all sports as it gives you specific tasks to follow. There are 3 in each sport and the next one will not open until you have attempted the 1st one. My favourite one is the bowling one again. Section 2 makes you try and knowck down as many pins as possible each time with the pins increasing to a maximum of 91. It is so frustrating if you knock them all down but 1. You can also do the Wii fitness which gives you 3 activities to play and then ranks you an age based on how old you are. I have been in my 70\'s and 80\'s so many times yet in only in my 20\'s. (I think i need more practice) You also get the opportunity to create your own Mii character which you can change the hair, eyes, lips and clothes on. With this you build up your own player score and improve or lose points depending on how you play. Overall i think...

It contains silk amino acids, and natural botanicals of lemon, cucumber and burdock with no artificial colour or fragrance. It comes in a slim white tube - i do hate pot moisturisers they seem so unhygienic so this was great in that respect and it really lasts for ages despite the steep prices dermalogica products do work out to be quite economical over a long period. Always get your skin mapped by a dermalogica professional before purchasing to avoid all that trial and error when you start using a new regime.
