Great location

Everything else is lousy

...long stretch of seafront is that there is only one cafe on the promenade. The next most remarkable thing is how bad it is and the almost criminal waste that has been made of the location. The cafe is close to the Mahatma Gandhi statue and is called ?Le Cafe? and it?s apparently run by the local council. I say let councils run the schools and do the rubbish collection but don?t give them control...

The welfare charge could make it expensive for a party to go. Not for people who don't like cats.
