...(weights and cardio) are repeated and so the total number of different machines is significantly lower than on first inspection. It appeared to me that they had gone a bit over the top with this concept though as again there weren't that many people actually in the gym. There are also many fitness classes available to members (over 85 apparently), although these aren't available on the free trial. Although I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent in the complex I don't think I will be rushing to sign up for membership because apparently its expensive compared to other sports clubs in the surrounding area. Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness Clubs - amazing!

Advantages: Everything - fab weight loss, made friends and had fun
Disadvantages: NONE! (can't beleive im writing none!)

...What a fantastic club! I have tried other weight loss clubs and none have been nearly as effective. My class cost £6 a week - although if you join premier club, you get loads of benefits, don't have to pay as you go and its cheaper. The instructors are lovely - and all training by the guru Rosemary Conley herself - you can't get much better than this. Value for money is great - you get weigh in, personal advice, a 10min motivational talk AND A 45 MINUTE EXERCISE session - all for the same price as other slimming clubs! The exercise is very good - it is structured and everyone can do it - every level is catered for. I've made loads of good friends and really think that i will keep going even when i hit my goal weight just to keep it all going! Will recommend to everyone and anyone!...

Advantages: Good multiplayer, to play with friends

...I got my wii sports when i got the wii as will most people. The game basically speaks for itself it has 5 different sports for you to play they are tennis, bowlng, baseball, boxing, and golf. It is a good starter game to get used to the interactivity on the wii. Along with the sports there is a daily fitness test that you can do to see how fit you are, this is far from accurate because it depends on how well you do in the sports but still a novelty, and there is training that you can also do to help you practice the sports. Tennis - This was my favourite game out of the 5 it requires only the wiimote and you basically swing your arm like you would as if you was playing tennis left or right to hit the ball, the timing of the shot will determine where the ball goes.
