...also a new '100 pin' game which builds on the multi-pin training mode on Wii Sports, and although it's a bit too easy to get strikes, it's still good fun to play. Golf has had more of a thorough update, with more choices of courses, and the added bonus of now being able to draw and fade shots like in the real sport. This adds a lot of realism to the experience, although you do have to swing the remote much more gently than you would a real golf club, otherwise your virtual ball will fly off in all sorts of crazy directions. Unfortunately, Golf isn't one of the sports which I can easily play at home, as the ceilings are to low for me to swing the club effectively! I want to ride my Bicycle There is a good reason why there haven't been many cycling video games in the past... they don't really adapt that well to being exciting...

  Wii Resort For Island Sports

Advantages: Some great mini-games that really show off the MotionPlus accessory
Disadvantages: Expensive to fully kit out two remotes. One or two less compelling mini-games

Enjoy 12 different sports on a tropical island!

...Enjoy 12 different sports on a tropical island. If Wii Sports is your kind of game then you will love the playability of Wii Sports Resort. THis game is one of the games that can be used with Wii Motion Plus which in my opinion enhances the game, makes your movements more realistic and ensures hours of fun for the whole family. This game is a for 7 years plus and I do find it very easy to navigate, set up and to play. Like I've said above it does remind me of the regular Wii Sports in that it includes golf and bowling and games similar to that which can be played by a number of players but in this game they have taken those platforms a step further and updated them as well as adding new fun games to play. Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness Clubs - amazing!

Advantages: Everything - fab weight loss, made friends and had fun
Disadvantages: NONE! (can't beleive im writing none!)

...What a fantastic club! I have tried other weight loss clubs and none have been nearly as effective. My class cost £6 a week - although if you join premier club, you get loads of benefits, don't have to pay as you go and its cheaper. The instructors are lovely - and all training by the guru Rosemary Conley herself - you can't get much better than this. Value for money is great - you get weigh in, personal advice, a 10min motivational talk AND A 45 MINUTE EXERCISE session - all for the same price as other slimming clubs! The exercise is very good - it is structured and everyone can do it - every level is catered for. I've made loads of good friends and really think that i will keep going even when i hit my goal weight just to keep it all going! Will recommend to everyone and anyone!...

Advantages: great fun, great multiplayer capabilities

...Wii sports resort is the next step up from the original wii sports game, only not only is it a step up its a leap forward in the fun factor. With even more sports available its difficult to get bored of this game, and very easy to get addicted to it!!!! There are 12 sports available on the game:- swordplay Wakeboarding Frisbee Archery basketball table tennis golf bowling power cruising canoeing cycling airsports. Advantages: Many more good events than Wii Sports. Great use of the Motion Plus for realistic control.
Disadvantages: Too many filler events; only a couple of sports strong enough to stand up on their own right.

A family friendy Health club

Advantages: Family friendly, plenty to do
Disadvantages: Can be busy at certain times

...and also mentioned about children not being permitted in the club after 8pm in the evening! We then saw the gym where it was explained about the gym induction and about how best to use the facilities according to when we had time so that maybe we wouldn't come at peak times. We then put on little blue bag over our shoes and were shown the swimming pool. They have a baby pool, a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and also an outdoor pool which is now open all year round. It was also explained about adult only times in the pool. We then looked at the tennis courts but as we don't play it wasn't really of interest. We then went back through to reception where we were shown the creche which is open 7 days a week and we also had a nosy in the nursery which is run by Asquith Court.
