...Me, my fiance and my son all shop at JD Sports, we find that they do some really good designer clothes for the whole family. Their smallest size in kiddie clothes starts from 6 months old so to me that's good thing as for people who like designer clothes and footwear can buy for their little ones. You can apply for a store card, which we never have but the offer is there if you want one. They sell a range of stuff from Trainers to Jogging bottoms, T-shirts, Shirts, Tracksuit bottoms, Socks, Swimwear, Footballs, Football boots and Leather protective stuff for the trainers your buying. They sell all makes/brands e.g Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Kickers, Ellsesse and YSL. ...In my opinion JD in Aldershot is crap. They have the image of being a Chav store (no offence to anyone who shops in there, I'm not saying you are one) and so many people feel uncomfortable in the store because a lot of the staff give off the image of being a Chav, having got to know some of them I now know they're not all like that. Recently my Fiance went to work in the Aldershot branch, he wanted a part time job so we could see each other more. Anyway the first few weeks were fine, until it came to payday and he didn't get paid, he went to speak to them about it and they said they'd done the paperwork wrong, so he had to wait even longer to get paid and when he finally did they did it in a lump sum so he got taxed around £45! But that's not the only thing...the Manager & Assistant Manager both got suspended for bullying each...

Amazon.co.uk - A reliable online shop.

Advantages: Really wide range of products, Speedy Delivery, Easy to order from.
Disadvantages: If you select free delivery it takes a little longer.

...I first came across amazon.co.uk a good few years back when it mainly specialised in books. I was initially really impressed with the service and have since used it many times to order dvds and such. I particularly like the search function as it lists dvds from similar genres too. Once you've signed up, ordering is pretty easy. All you have to do is type in your delivery and card details and then confirm postage details. I really liked the fact that you have the option of saving your card details as if you order again you can pick which card you would like to use. I've found the postage costs to be pretty reasonable, I think it costs about 1.50 per item but delivery is really quick :-). After ordering you can track your order in your account, and it supplies a delivery estimate which i have found in general to be accurate. Amazon...

...It's interesting to find what's being built right under your nose, and whilst it has been open for quite some time now when a massive new Sports World (formerly known as Sports Soccer) opened in a new shopping park just outside of the usual shopping area in Cambridge, I was obliged to find out what it's like. This now not very newish Sports World isn't the only one Cambridge has to offer though, as there is also one in the centre of town - that's not too shabby in size either. What exactly do these shops have to offer? Well I'll be happy to let you know. With the arrival of the new Sports World came an influx of a brand I had hardly ever heard of before, Lonsdale. Hmm.. what's that I thought. It didn't look very nice but people seemed to be picking up new outfits of it by the bucketful from somewhere. I wondered where, and not to be...

...Wow I absolutely love this shop, I buy the majority of my clothes from there. What would I ever do without it! What Does It Sell? For those of you that don't know, JD is a sports shop that sells designer clothes and trainers. They sell some sports brands, but only the well known and expensive ones. If you are looking for real professional sportswear, I would recommend JJB. JD sells a wide range of products that suit all - Mens, Womens and Juniors. They sell many different types of clothes, but the majority are tracksuits, hoodies and coats. Although JD sell many clothes, they are best known for their trainers. They sell many very popular brands including Nike, KSwiss, Lacoste and many more. JD is more of a fashion shop than a proper sportswear shop though, and fashion doesnt come cheap. ...the order wothout any hassle. All orders have free delivery over £15, but that can sometimes take upto 5 days t be delivered. You can however pay for 1st class delivery, and recive it in 1-2 days. Sometime though you get free delivery and recive the item the next day, so you saved the p&p costs and got it in the same amount of time! Amazon.co.uk also now do DVD rentals. this is great service. all DVDs are posted to you 1st class and you post them back for free in the same envelope. You can keep them as long as you want as long as you keep paying the monthly subscription fee. A very reliable internet shopping site with plenty to choose from....
