...I find this is the only way to have photos developed. This is a cheaper way of having your holiday snaps, wedding photos, and family photos processed in good quality, than taking them to Boots or other high street shops. They are usually returned within 7 days. You can pay for express service. This is at a cost of 45p (35mm only). If you want your photos the standard size this will cost you £1.55 for up to 27 exposures, or £2.30 for up to 40 exposures. Other sizes and prices are as follows: 27 exposures (30% bigger £1.95) 40 " ( " " £2.75) APS (3 formats) 27 exposures £3.99 APS (" " ) 40 " £4.99 The photos usually come with a gloss finish, but if you want matt then you will have to add 50p per film (35mm only). ...Me, my fiance and my son all shop at JD Sports, we find that they do some really good designer clothes for the whole family. Their smallest size in kiddie clothes starts from 6 months old so to me that's good thing as for people who like designer clothes and footwear can buy for their little ones. You can apply for a store card, which we never have but the offer is there if you want one. They sell a range of stuff from Trainers to Jogging bottoms, T-shirts, Shirts, Tracksuit bottoms, Socks, Swimwear, Footballs, Football boots and Leather protective stuff for the trainers your buying. They sell all makes/brands e.g Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Kickers, Ellsesse and YSL. ...In my opinion JD in Aldershot is crap. They have the image of being a Chav store (no offence to anyone who shops in there, I'm not saying you are one) and so many people feel uncomfortable in the store because a lot of the staff give off the image of being a Chav, having got to know some of them I now know they're not all like that. Recently my Fiance went to work in the Aldershot branch, he wanted a part time job so we could see each other more. Anyway the first few weeks were fine, until it came to payday and he didn't get paid, he went to speak to them about it and they said they'd done the paperwork wrong, so he had to wait even longer to get paid and when he finally did they did it in a lump sum so he got taxed around £45! But that's not the only thing...the Manager & Assistant Manager both got suspended for bullying each...

Sports Waste

...It's interesting to find what's being built right under your nose, and whilst it has been open for quite some time now when a massive new Sports World (formerly known as Sports Soccer) opened in a new shopping park just outside of the usual shopping area in Cambridge, I was obliged to find out what it's like. This now not very newish Sports World isn't the only one Cambridge has to offer though, as there is also one in the centre of town - that's not too shabby in size either. What exactly do these shops have to offer? Well I'll be happy to let you know. With the arrival of the new Sports World came an influx of a brand I had hardly ever heard of before, Lonsdale. Hmm.. what's that I thought. It didn't look very nice but people seemed to be picking up new outfits of it by the bucketful from somewhere. I wondered where, and not to be...

...Wow I absolutely love this shop, I buy the majority of my clothes from there. What would I ever do without it! What Does It Sell? For those of you that don't know, JD is a sports shop that sells designer clothes and trainers. They sell some sports brands, but only the well known and expensive ones. If you are looking for real professional sportswear, I would recommend JJB. JD sells a wide range of products that suit all - Mens, Womens and Juniors. They sell many different types of clothes, but the majority are tracksuits, hoodies and coats. Although JD sell many clothes, they are best known for their trainers. They sell many very popular brands including Nike, KSwiss, Lacoste and many more. JD is more of a fashion shop than a proper sportswear shop though, and fashion doesnt come cheap. Your average pair of trainers will cost...

...think that's great if their clothes etc are cheap but personally I don't think they sell as much variety & apparently (can't be 100% sure) they are owned by someone to do with Chelsea FC, who has the money to slash prices, then when the competition is gone the prices can go up because they'll be no one really to compete with...don't take that as definate information thought, my fiance finds out some information about sports stores because he works for JD Sports =] Anyway if you do want to have a look around JJB I would recommend it. As I said they have plenty of stores across the country or you could shop online at www.jjbsports.com. Let me know what you think =]...

Earlier today I was looking for a sports bag. At about 10am on an uncrowded Friday morning I decided to enter a sports shop as part of this search and despite admitting to not being the most capable of shoppers I assumed this was a reasonable idea. Silly me. There are many sports shops in Bristol. They are predominantly JJB Sports though so I wasn't particularly spoilt for choice. Anyway in I sauntered not looking on spending too much cash but something reasonably sized and not that unpleasant to look at. Suddenly my mind was full of questions.
