Go Duster be gone
Review of Go Duster by
Maxlarndison
Advantages: Getting rid of cob webs
Disadvantages: Sprays dust everywhere
...it can get in between small places and it is very gentle.
But as for trapping the dust well it doesn't, be careful when dusting high up because you will get covered in dust, I found it just sent the dust flying in every direction.
I had some wooden beams that I couldn't reach but when I attached the extension handle I could reach so I turned it on and started dusting.
As they were high wooden beams they hadn't been dusted in a while so had a fair bit of dust on them and I got covered, I don't think any dust stuck to the Go Duster it got sprayed every where.
One thing I will say it is very good at is picking up cobwebs because when the head spins it wraps the cobwebs around it
It does say that every will love using it from young to old, well yes my kids love using it as a toy not really for dusting.
Cleaning the duster...

Blow Duster
Review of AF Sprayduster Air duster by
MAllen400
Advantages: Gets into places where other things cannot.
Disadvantages: Unless you look around you can pay over the top in some shops for this
...Have you ever sat at your computer desk and saw a speck of dust and blown on it and it would not budge, or worse still it goes into something on the computer which it should not and is impossible to get at again?
I have and many times I have heard those words "dont eat near the puter" and get a crumb down between the key board keys thats hard to get to.
Well this invertible air duster is like magic.
Okay, first I must admit that it does come in an aerosol can but lets ignore that part.
The lid looks something out of Star wars as it has like a long very thin straw attached to it. This makes the spraying so easy to get into those difficult places.
To use you just spray and the air blows away all the bits of dust and crumbs. It can be used in any position so you can get to those hard to reach areas. One quick short blast...

Blast the breadcrumbs!
Review of AF Sprayduster Air duster by
jasmine6660
Advantages: Easy to use - does what it should!
Disadvantages: Not the cheapest version available!
...I was really surprised that despite us all being PC users no-one had reviewed the spray duster...but having just spent 7 years selling computer consumables I should know by now that while we love our PC's - we're not always great at cleaning them...
So while compressed air may not be exciting to everyone I will do my best to explain the good bits and maybe even a benefit or two!
The problem is the bits that get into the gaps on our keyboard and lap tops... from crumbs to staples, and while we don't see them once they've disappeared into the black hole they're still there...breeding bacteria (nice!), and building up to eventually affect performance.
OK - so I think I need to convince you a little more, so some statistics for you....
Did you know that a study in America found that the average office desk can harbour up to 400...

Stick A Sudafed Spray Up Your Nose!
Review of Sudafed Decongestant Nasal Spray by
memphisto_chick
Advantages: Rapid Effect, Great Value, Long Lasting Effect
Disadvantages: Doesn't Cure The Problem, Not To Be Used For More Than 7 Days
...It is the season for coughs, colds and general sniffles and with those, many of us gets a blocked nose, which may or may not be sinusitis. For me, a blocked nose is probably THE worst symptoms of a cold and I hate it, which is why I have always used Sinex in the past.
During my last cold, Sinex disappeared off the shelves and I was greatly distressed by this. However, in Tesco, for £2.48, they had Sudafed spray. I wasn't sure but then realised Sudafed made decongestant tablets, which were always good, so why not give it a try.
The packaging is a simple white and green box, not overly appealing but when you have a cold, nothing does. Inside there is a 15ml brown bottle with a white pump and long white nozzle for popping up your nose. The nozzle has a clear cap covering it for hygiene purposes, so if you do perchance to carry...

Effective Body Spray
Review of Physio Sport Deo Body Spray by
danwilkie
Advantages: Works Well
Disadvantages: Smell could be better
...To be able to use the Olympic Symbol as a sign of recognition from the International Olympic Committee is no mean feat, and it suggests that there must be something special about this series of products.
Seeing as several top sport stars endorse it, and that the Olympic Committee approves it, I thought Physio Sport would be worth a try. Amongst the products I have tried are Anti-Perspirant Spray, Shower Gel and Deo Body Spray, all in three different fragrances.
The product I am writing about today is Physio Sport’s Deo Body Spray. This differs from the Anti-Perspirant, and for easy recognition it comes in a smaller container, a 150 ml can. The Deo Body Spray offers “Long lasting deodorant protection that ensures total freshness and allows your pores to breathe.” It differs from the anti-perspirant in that the anti...

Spray Your Skin Soft
Review of Avon Skin-So-Soft Dry Oil Body Spray by
memphisto_chick
Advantages: Effective, Product Offers, Lovely Smell
Disadvantages: Pump Action Can Be Difficult
...Now that summer is on it's way, well hopefully it will be soon, it is time for me and probably many other people around the world to get their skin ready for summer.
I have used and do use a variety of products to get my skin ready for summer and one of the most important items in my bathroom is a moisturiser. A moisturiser is all well and good but it can make your skin feel clammy and heavy, especially in the summer, so last summer I decided to investigate other moisturising products in the hope of having something quick to use and something light for my skin.
Browsing through my Avon catalogue I chanced upon their skin range called 'Skin So Soft and found they did a product called 'Dry Oil Body Spray'. This product promised to 'Lock in moisture after bath or shower. Non greasy, quickly absorbs into skin in a convenient spray...

This curling spray is not so hot!
Review of L'Oreal Studio Hot Curl Spray by
pink_champagne
Advantages: none
Disadvantages: sticky, doesn't hold a curl, useless
...My hair is mostly straight, but with a bit of a natural wave. I normally straighten it, however occasionally I curl it -either with tongs, or by doing that twirly thing with my GHD's! As my hair is very thick and a bit frizzy, it doesn't tend to hold a curl for very long and also the curls can look a bit messy, due to the frizz. I wanted a product that would hopefully calm the frizz and hold the curl. To be honest, the only reason I chose L'Oreal Hot Curl Spray, was because it was the only product I could find that I thought would be suitable.
~About the product~
L'Oreal Studio Line Hot Curl, markets itself as a spray which is specially developed for use with curling tongs and hairdryers with a diffuser. It promises 'long lasting bounce and definition for satin smooth hair' and also contains ingredients to protect the hair from...

Only 1 Cal per spray - can that be right
Review of Fry Light Sunflower Oil Spray by
Louise90
Advantages: Excellant way of cooking. Less calories
Disadvantages: More expensive than the normal oil
...'Fry Light Sunflower Oil Spray' - made by MH Foods - boasts the spray on oil contains only 1 calorie per spray. What do you reckon of that? Not bad, hey?!
I've never used this before. I've never thought about it - until I was shopping in Asda the other day and decided to give this a go. I'd actually seen a can of this sitting in my sister's cupboard, and it was her that spurred me into buying it really.
I paid £1.84 for a 250ml can of this spray on oil. Admittedly, it is a fair bit dearer than the conventional oil, considering you can buy the shops own brand for a mere pittance! But, for once I didn't mind paying over the odds for this, just to see what it was like!
The oil comes in a perdominantly yellow can with s
a white background. There's sunflowers on the can and the instuctions on the back, with them saying...

SOOTHING SENSUAL SPRAY
Review of Calypso After Sun Spray by
LICARUS
Advantages: Easy to apply, cools the skin and mosturises
Disadvantages: dangerous top to the bottle, hands get slippery when applying, smell of cocnut is not everyones cup of tea
...OK guys and gals, hands up - who got burnt to a crisp over the weekend???? Yep yep yep hands appearing all over the place. I must confess that even after writing an op about sun protection the other day, I neglected to put it on yesterday when I took the dog out!
Alright so it wasn't blistering sunshine at 8 yesterday morning, it was sunny, but a little chilly with a lovely breeze, BUT I still got slightly burnt! Not third degree burns - but slightly scorched all the same.
I have tried over the years a number of after sun products, that claim all sorts of weird and wonderful things, make your skin glow - it is glowing enough to fry eggs already thanks! Those that cool you down instantly (they don't), those that alleviate the burning and prolong your tan - I have yet to find one as good as Calypso after sun spray. It doesn...
