The best Spyware remover

Advantages: Lots of security features, regular updates

...This is an excellent efficient and very handy piece of software which is currently available free as part of the Google pack. PC Tools is becoming a much more efficient and reliable company name in my experience and opinion. Spyware and adware are everywhere these days and it's an even bigger problem than viruses, which is why you need to have an efficient reliable and stable spyware remover to deal with it effectively. I'm pretty sure that PC Tools used to offer a free and a paid version of this program and I think that the free download as part of the Google pack is actually the paid version with limitations, such as the active protection shield being limited in spyware that it blocks but is upgradable at a fee. Advantages: Good Spyware Detection, Easy to Use
Disadvantages: Free at the moment, may have to pay for it in the future!

...** Just to update - since I wrote this review, Microsoft have rebranded this product as 'Windows Defender'. It's still a Beta (testing) version and protects in the same way against anti spyware threats and is currently still free (at the moment!) and available for download from Microsoft's website. I've been using Windows Defender for a number of months now, alongside A Squared Malware Detector, Ad-Aware, Spybot and Norton Internet Security 2006 and have had to problems with it at all. AVG Anti Spyware

Advantages: Free to use, Good clean results, Eliminates spyware where Norton etc fail

I would visit occasionally visit online casino and other gambling sites. What i noticed that when downloading and installing the games, they often left me with spyware. What does Spyware mean? The program tool you have just downloaded has an advantage over you, this is to say it is watching certain criteria of what you are doing, watching. Often the infected desktop Computer's will experience sluggish usage performance, and the 512mb memory will feel like a snale working, as the spyware takes up the desktop resources of the CPU, hard drive and memory. ...When I first downloaded this software, on the recomendation of a friend, I didn't understand the full benefits. It was very quiet and unobtrusive. In the past, I've downloaded Spybot, Adaware, A-squared, Microsoft Antispy and others, all of which I would recommend. Spyware Blaster is different from all of these in that it does not scan, or remove spyware / malware. Instead, it raises a barrier so strong that spyware cannot actually be installed on your system. Downloading Spyware Blaster was quick and easy, and it installed unproblematically. Once on your PC, you have to do a short update, and you are invited to enable all protection.
