Advantages: More George and Nico, less point and click
Disadvantages: possibly a little too easy

Well for all you enthusiasts the next episode Broken Sword 3: The Sleeping Dragon has just been released by Revolution Software ( I got mine for £29.99 at Tesco ), it contains many of the same elements of the previous 2 episodes with a few added extras and some truly stunning graphics. **** THE STORYLINE **** We see some of the same characters from the previous three episodes, George, Nico and Andre as well as many new characters. St George The Patron Saint of Sainsburys

Advantages: It's by possibly the best overall brewery around, it's relatively cheap
Disadvantages: It's a mix of better Youngs beers, and the sum of the parts don;t make the whole, it's also exclusive to Sainsbury's, which means a 14 mile drive for me!

...to Kate Bush music and Christina Ricci films? I decided enough was enough, and I must seek out this elixir of life! Well, could I bloody find it? Someone should have warned me that it was an exclusive brew to Sainsbury?s, that supermarket that I rarely step into on grounds of lack of money, and coming from Yorkshire it?s not really my style. However, an exclusive it is, and perchance I found it, and for a very reasonable £1.59, it now languishes in the glass next to me as I write these very words. It certainly looks the part, with a striking label depicting St George, in shining armour and mounted on his brown steed (brown? You?d have thought he could afford a white one) piercing the nasty dragon who is breathing fire over the rest of the label. And of course, we have the St George cross in the background ? how terribly patriotic...

...Having read a lot about the George in the Rough guide to Dublin, we thought we would give it a try. The "Pink" bars in Dublin are not numerous, but we gathered that this was one of them. Located on South St George Street, central- near Temple Bar. WHAT'S IT LIKE? The pink neon lighting high up on the walls of the more modern bit gives the game away a bit- a pink coffee cup and the mention of the word "polari" might suggest that this is a gay bar. There are two parts to the George, the older more traditional Pub and the part that has been done up to be a "bar"..being older and more traditional we opted to go in the pub bit. You have to get used to the dim lighting when you first enter. Being women entering a busy pub can be a bit traumatic..but not in the George. The atmosphere is mellow and quiet. ...Our last minute "allocated on arrival" holiday was cheap. The courier told us that the St Georges Park Hotel was in a lively part of town, with easy access to the whole of the island. The entrance to the hotel was impressive but not grand, and the tired 1960s foyer suggested to us what the rest of the hotel was like. We slowly, as the lift only had two speeds (extremely slow and stop), rose to the eighth floor and trundled our luggage along the dark and dismal corridor to our apartment. I use the term advisedly because the room was fairly grim. Its cold tiled floor housed two single beds that would not have been out of place in a local homeless centre's dormitory. They were covered with bedding that I think must have been purchased when the hotel was built. It was clean but extremely thin and in need of replacement. There was a TV...
