(Yes, in NY). It is clean. It is busy, but it is quiet. You pull open a heavy glass door (feeling of security) and step inside. Immediately, your eyes widen to capture vastness, a grand piano and breathtaking pillars that seem to rise to the sky. Glistening sun and earth tones cause a feeling of warmth to seep to your very core. Instantly, a bellhop approaches and offers to take your bags. Your feet follow him, but your head keeps turning back to marvel. At the front desk, a very friendly clerk greets you in a very friendly manner. ...When I first arrived in this country, I despaired of ever being able to find a decent Chinese restuarant to go to. If you've ever met anyone from Hong Kong, you'll know that eating well is as much a part of the culture as going to the pub is innately English. For the most part of my first year, whenever I felt homesick, I went to Chinatown to try and cheer myself up. Needless to say, it didn't really work. ...No visit to New York would be complete without a stroll in Central Park. This 843 acre park stretches from 59th St at it's southern most point to 110 St in the north - some 51 blocks! The park like any big city park provides an oasis of peace and quiet sometimes needed in a hectic city. It is only once you are in the park it's self you realize how big it is and peaceful. Only when you look at the tree line do you realize as you see the Skyscrapers peering throw that you are indeed still in a major city. But it definitely offers that much needed tranquility as well as some wonderful sights to see. If you compare it with say Hyde Park in London then it shines out as a park that has something for everyone and you'll understand why New Yorkers are so proud of their oasis in the madness that is New York. Advantages: Wonderful enamels collection. Central location.

...and the Birmingham Art Museum. Both are located in the West Midlands, about 1 ½ hour train ride from London. The Bantock has an absolutely outstanding collection. Enamel ware has retained its popularity to this day. Not only is it beautiful, but it also can be a good form of investment. Quality pieces can bring hundreds of pounds at auction. If you're interested in buying some pieces, the best places to find them are probably the auction houses. Try Christies at 8 King St. St James, London or Sothebys ,which is located at 34/35 New Bond St,London. Remember though these beautiful pieces were produced in places like Bilston and Wednesbury and if you are just interested in viewing them,go to Wolverhampton !... Read review

.... The Modes ~~~~~~~ As stated above, the use of the mode button allows you to scroll through the different modes and choose which one you want to work with... Hr ~ When the camera is switched on it defaults onto Hr or high res mode which can take 20 pictures. This cameras high res mode is 352 x 288 so of course it's not high at all, in fact it's positively low, and most 'proper' cameras wouldn't even have that lower resolution as the low res mode. Ct ~ the next you come to is Ct or continuous mode. To use this mode, you simply hold the shutter button down, and a continuous stream of piccies are taken at short intervals (20 shots in 4 seconds on Hr and 80 shots in 8 seconds on Lr) St ~ the St is the self timer mode. If you select this you have 10 seconds in which to get yourself (or whatever) in place for the shot to be taken. You get 10... Read review

...them as they are separate books, but needless to say I was shocked by what happens in the first chapter of The Lost Boy and its definitely on my list of must have's for Christmas. I encountered lots of emotions during this book, hate, sympathy, sorrow, despair and downright anger and that was the way I was feeling! We all know that it exists but this book makes us face up to it, in a stark way that may make us feel uncomfortable, child abuse is still something we are still sweeping under the carpet, My God, donkey sanctuaries get more charity money than any child charities do. We know we should all do something about it, but have we got the guts to do so? Please go to www.nspcc.org.uk and do what you can. ...I must start by saying that i grew up in Melbourne and spent the best part of 20 years there. Now living in London I still pine for the unaffected, easy-going lifestyle that Melbourne engenders. Where to begin... Get a hotel near the centre of town, anywhere with a 3000 postcode is good or aim for the food and drink centres of St Kilda, Fitzroy, Carlton or Prahran. The airport is only half an hour from the city and i would recommend getting a taxi (about $AUD25). Hotel prices are going to vary quite a lot depending on where you stay, but hostels are plentiful in the above areas and average around $AUD30 a night - they are without a doubt the cleanest and best looked after hostels in the world. At the higher end of the market the central business district is full of 3-5 star hotels, ranging in price from $150 - $400 a night... Read review

Advantages: Fantastic songs and moving lyrics

...song and musically it's lovely but combined with the lyrics and Billie's voice, it sounds a bit too much like an Oasis/The Verve song. "Are We The Waiting" is a slow song. In the intro, you can just hear the drums in the foreground and then just a slight bit of guitar in but after 1.30 minutes of this song, it gets a boring and repetitive. It's like a very long intro for the next song "St. Jimmy" "St. Jimmy" is for all the old fans out there. This song is pure punk and it's got some brilliant guitar. It makes you want to jump up and down. "Wake Me Up When September Ends" is a beautiful acoustic power ballad. I'd say this is the song where you can see if Green Day have grown up from their previous album.
