...it the ideal food for a health, growing baby. To open up the box there is a perforated opening on the front, one of these where you push against it and the perforations break causing the box front to open up. As you look inside the box you can see the pads, they are white in colour and circular in shape and stacked in 2 piles with 15 pads in each pile, both piles are face down so that you can see a small adhesive strip on the back of the pad and also the emphasis of the indent for your nipple. When you touch the pads the back has a soft, fibrous texture which is tightly woven, then towards the top is a piece of backing paper to cover up the sticky section which holds the pad in your bra, this section measures about 1.5 x 1 inch (4 x 2.5cm), in the centre of the pad you can see the out-dent of the indent which is situated on the other side... The prices at spectre are usually better than any music shop in the West Yorkshire area - my Marshall 1960B 300w cab cost £329 new, and if you look around thats a really good price for one - they usually retail for over £400. In addition, they pretty much always throw free gear in with your purchase if you go buy in person. I got a cable worth £25 for free with my stack and 2 speaker leads, and I didn't even ask for them!! My friend Adam got a lead, pack of strings and a string winder thrown in with his Boss GT-6 effects unit. The staff at Spectre are really cool, theyre really helpful but also guitarists/musicians themselves, so can help you with problems with your gear or for what's best to buy. Spectre doesn't just sell electric guitar equipment however, they sell acoustic and bass guitars/equipment, and things like P.A. systems... Read review

...and I had become the very proud owner of a Technics SH-EH750 separates system complete with 5 speaker Dolby Pro Logic surround sound, 5 CD changer, twin cassette deck, full remote control and a whole host of other exciting twiddly bits (well I did after I had parted with 499.95GBP and they had delivered it…). ~Set up~ Now this couldn’t have been simpler although I confess to having nightmares about it before it arrived; bad dreams induced by the fact that my other old system has enough cabling and leads behind it to rewire the house! After I had made the decision that I was going to ‘stack’ all four components on top of each other as opposed to opting for the ‘side by side’ look (2 stacks of 2 units placed next to each other), getting the system up and running really couldn’t have been any simpler. Disadvantages: always run late,not much sleep on overnight trains

...) to check how the train is running, saves alot of hanging about, and prolongs your sightseeing. This line runs from LA to Chicago and is one of the main routes for frieght from the huge container terminals at Longbeach and Oakland. In one hour I counted 25 eastbound frieght, and 12 westbound. Each train was carrying containers stacked 2 high, 6 to a wagon, and the longest was 102 wagons pulled by 4 huge loco's. You can see where the US trade deficite is coming from as most containers had "China Lines" on the side. 6th train Los Angeles- Oakland (San Francisco) "The Coastal Starlight" = Los Angeles station, another jewel of a station, a lot of spanish styling ques here, with a beautiful garden with fountains ,flowerbeds and outdoor cafe.
