...This is a pretty good racket. Coming into the hyper carbon era in tennis from graphite this racket has a lot of punch to it, and also has a lot of control to it. The control may not be has good as the original ProStaff graphite racket which was used by former no. 1 Pete Sampras. However comparing this racket to other hyper carbon rackets this racket has good control. The punch in this racket makes it easier to play shots witm more power and little effort, however the draw back with this racket for me has been when trying to attack an approach ball. When you try to put a little more effort in the attack the racket usually ends up giving to much of a punch making the ball out of control.... Read review

This Pub/Restaurant, is found halfway up Gateacre Brow, The Staff provides a friendly environment, with sumptuous food. It was taken over a cuple of years ago, and since then, the restaurant has been converted into an usually styled area, yet the food remains as tasty as ever. Another good thing about The Bear & Staff, is its prices. You can buy a good quality meal with a couple of drinks for a fair price of around £15. This is a bargain considering the quality of the food. The final thing I have to say about this restaurant is the service. It is of the highest order, with waiters and waitresses always on hand and foot for you. This is a must visit restaurant.... Read review

Advantages: Soft enough to be good on greens but still goes a good distance. Price.
Disadvantages: Strange at first due to unusual dimple pattern.

There seemed to be a shortage of staff - perhaps because it was a Bank Holiday weekend, so this may have been the reason, but with so few customers, I still didn't see why we should have to wait. Once the food and drinks were brought to our table, we had no complaints. There was a waitress on hand to check that we had everything we needed and to bring us the dessert menu when we were ready to order desserts. Food The menu was quite wide-ranging for a provincial pub/restaurant. The food was, on the whole, quite plain - no curries or anything too 'foreign' - but there was certainly enough to keep us occupied for a while when choosing. I chose a Cajun Chicken Salad, which was basically a chicken breast on a nest of salad leaves, tomatos and cucumber, with a tangy sauce and a bread stick. It was a big portion and more than enough... ...Firstly of all i would like to point out that i currently work in Debenhams and therefore i know more about the advantages/disadvantages of having a debenhams card than some people who have written their reviews on the site so far. Also there have been a few changes particularly to the "account cover" side of things over the past few months so it is also worth considering those. Opening your account It is extremely easy to open your Debenhams account, in fact every member of staff who serves you at the till point WILL ask you if you would like to open one (it is a test shop requirment...if we dont ask then the consequences are rather grim when the test shop results come through) the form that takes about 10minutes to complete has now been thrown away and we use a system called E-Apps which is all done over the tillpoint and takes...
