The bargain stainless steel kettle:)

Advantages: Fast boil, looks great, easy to use, strong

...the box was rather heavy this did not reflect in the kettle. It was surprisingly light but felt well made, the base was the heaviest part which I will describe a little later. First impressions were great, the price was good for a Kenwood and especially a nice stainless steel kettle and it did not look cheap at all. Set up; ******** The kettle was easy to set up. In the hand book provided it is recommended that you boil the new kettle three times as the water may taste odd for the first few uses. So we boiled it 4 times, just to be on the safe side! The boiling was effortless and it only took around 40 seconds to boil when full. The capacity is a nice 1.7 litres which is generally quite a large capacity for a kettle. That should give around 10 cups of tea brewing away! Or coffee of course.. All you had to do was plug the base in, fill...

Sleek, stylish and STAINLESS STEEL!!!

...i bought the black version of this phone as i was sick of sony-ericcson's which broke after a few drops. The stainless steel frame appealed to me as I drop my phone a lot and I thought it would last longer and save me money in the long run. The design is really simple sleek and sexy especially in the black model which I have. The buttons are not too small like a lot of phones that are out at the moment. And although i don't have fat fingers it does make it easier to send those drunken text messages. The screen is beautifully clear and the camera is excellent.The only niggle I have with the camera is that it has no flash and doesn't perform well in low-light. in this case a sony with the same spec camera performs better. Browsing the web is a pleasure with such a large screen and it's easy to navigate with the welll thought...

Breville Stainless Steel Kettle - does what it says

...cover, but taking previous experiences into account I opted to stick with the standard one year warranty included with the purchase. Mainly because I tend to change my appliances quite frequently when something new and improved catches my eye. I had seen the kettle online before I wen to Argos for around the £45 mark (and upwards). What did I think: On first inspection the kettle has a lovely stainless steel finish with a black base, slight black trim on the side and on the flip top hinged lid. I liked the clear window so I could see how much water was in the kettle and also the 'cup' guide on the side so you don't make the mistake of boiling more water than necessary. As it is a Spectra Kettle I was intrigued by the 'soft-ever changing illuminating light' which indicates the water temperature. The 'on' switch is easily located...

Franke stainkess steel sink scratched badly within 1 day

Advantages: Looked nice before it was used
Disadvantages: Terrible for scratching and rusting

...I had a Franke stainless steel sink installed in my new kitchen. With the first use it scratched. I had only washed cups and a teaspoon, put them on the drainer and when I had finished drying up I saw that the drainer was all scratched. The Franke label was still in place, that's how new it was. On inspecting the sink the next morning that was also badly scratched and had rust specs in the bottom. Some of the scratches were quite deep considering I had only washed a few every day items. I would have expected a sink to perform much better than this. I feel that the sink is not fit for use for washing up dishes!. I would not recommend any one to buy a Franke Stainless Steel sink....

A Very Timely Purchase.

Like I said earlier I wear it all the time, but after three years or so there is not a single scratch on the crystal glass face, and the stainless steel bracelet, whilst having a slight patina on it from wear is also in great condition. Talking of the bracelet, it is adjustable from the snap clasp but also comes with extra links which your jeweller should be able to add if necessary. I actually got a link removed after a few months of ownership as it turned out that my wrists had been rather larger than normal at the time of purchase, as well as the rest of me. As I said before I wear this watch pretty continuously, and find it really comfortable. Feel the Steel

Advantages: Good, solid intro to the band, heavy rock at its finest.
