Smile like a Hollywood Film Star - Nearly!

Advantages: You do get results and the taste isn't too bad either!
Disadvantages: It takes a while to see any result, it's also quite pricey.

...I'm quite heavy tea drinker, as well as drinking the occasional coffee, wine and other teeth staining food & drink. I've noticed recently that my teeth are suffering as a result of this and have become quite yellowy. Yeuk - not nice! So I decided I wanted to do something about it. Thus when one evening in Tescos I noticed that their Pearl Drops Hollywood Smile whitening Toothpaste was on a BOGOF offer (buy one get one free!), I couldn’t resist buying some to try it out. ...'s toothpaste. Overall I am very satisfied with this Colgate Smiles Toothpaste. It is a good price for the amount you get. It is able to draw children in with the sparkles and the product packaging. It cleans the teeth well leaving a nice minty fresh smelling breath. I can't see what more could be wanted out of a children's toothpaste. I think a top class product worth a five star rating and a high recommendation. Smile and say cheese

.... The third and final stage is for children aged 6 years and over and this is the one we have now. It has the most amount of fluoride in this one as most children this age will start losing their milk teeth to be replaced by their adult teeth, and that's exactly what's happening with my twins at the moment, say smile and you just get big gaps. This one also comes in a red box and this time the colour at the top is blue, along which the age group on it. Finally this one has 3 red dots on the box and says higher fluoride. The tube is blue with much older children pictures on it and this time there are stars all over the tube. The paste itself is blue with cool looking stars within the paste which my girls really like. Smile - mostly good for you !

...I've used Smile as my main account for six years and have very pleased with their service. Any difficulties, you can send an enquiry via their website, and you get a prompt and helpful reply. However, I recently had a problem (when completing my tax return) because the account transactions are only available on-line for ten months. For earlier transactions a charge of £10 is made for a paper copy - apparently they are stored on micro-film. Not very helpful when the tax return relates to a period which started maybe 18 months earlier. Information about this aspect of Internet accounts is surprisingly difficult to find but I've been making some enquiries at recommended banks. One gave the absurd figure of six months. But I've found two which offer 27 months on-line availability: Nationwide and First Direct. So I'm planning to leave...

Puts a SMILE on my face

Smile - A Reason To Be Cheerful

...Smile is an internet and telephone bank, one that does without the high street branch. But that doesn't prevent it offering great customer service, and a variety of decent products. It's part of the Co-operative Bank, so its customers can make use of Co-op branches if really necessary, however in the 4 or so years I've been a customer of smile, I've only had to use a branch once - everything else I was able to complete online or over the telephone. My first Smile product was a cash ISA, but that was joined by a Smile (joint) current account about three years ago, and a credit card shortly afterwards. To be honest, I've got nothing but good things to say about the company. So, onto the details: 1. Smile pays 30 times the interest rate of other current account banks. .... Thier student package is very good. £2000 interest free overdraft. Excellent for the drinking and partying months ahead if you are aged 18-25! A £500 free overdraft for us normal people too! That is very useful. The best bit is it can all be handled over the web. The bottom line.... Smile.co.uk makes me grimace. That pop up haunts me in my sleep.... DING DING!...

...One of my daughters' favourite books has always been 'Guess How Much I Love You?' by Sam Bratney because it is such a cute story. That is why, when we spotted another of his books - It's Lovely when you Smile - at the local library we just had to book it out. We were so pleased that we did because it is just as sweet, cute and loveable as the other and is also bound to become a favourite!
