Star Wars 3 and a Half

...Currently I only have a Wii, I'm not a big video-game playing person but being a bit of a Star Wars fan I thought the idea of swinging your Wii remote about like a light sabre and throwing people about with the force was too good to resist. The Game Story When this film starts off if you're a Star Wars fan it's sheer bliss. At first you get the usual crawl of text summing up what's going on in the galaxy. You then step off a ship as Darth Vader! Your imperial troops are having problems. "Leave it to me" says Vader as he's about to embark on some ass-kicking. The best way to enjoy this mission is to just walk very slowly around as if nothing is really bothering you and casually slice and knock the wookies about. Being the first level it doubles up as a tutorial of sorts and you're constantly getting messages on your screen...

A Step In The Right Direction For Star Wars Games

...Star Wars games have never really been as good as they deserve to be. The films are great and they warrant decent games to be made from them, and after Lego Star Wars fairing pretty well Star Wars Revenge Of The Sith does okay. First off is Single Player mode, where you journey through the film with Anakin and Obi Wan. There are 17 levels all of which will be recognised by those that have watched the film as there are clips from the film in each level as well as cutscenes during gameplay explaining the situation you are in ect. The combat in the game is sluggish. Despite there being a lot of combos to be unlocked and used I found myself nearly always either using the same combos over and over again or just button mashing. This doesn't mean it isn't fun though, when I was Obi Wan and I was battling the Storm Troopers I had great fun...

An original, quirky and laugh a minute Star Wars parody !

Advantages: Original, entertaining and funny (at times it's "laugh out loud" funny too) !!!
Disadvantages: Way too short ... the extras on this DVD are actually longer than the main feature !!!
