...Oh my God, I here you say, not another effects pedal review. Don't worry, there's only one more to go in my collection. As with the other pedals this one has a solid plastic moulding with a slightly awkward to open battery compartment, accessed by pushing in the pedal hinge pins and lifting it off. Much better to use an external power supply, it saves money and broken fingernails. So what does a Chorus pedal do? Well it sits in the line between the guitar and amplifier and alters the signal. Basically it is a modulating effect which adds a slight highlight and a lowlight, to create a softened, even slightly ethereal tone to the sound. They are both great tracks, but I don't know why I like them so much. They aren't very 'strong' in terms of other forms of hip-hop, in fact they are a little poncy, but they are just so damn chilling, you can really groove to them. But the MC's aren't just two-hit wonders - the rest of the album is good stuff too. It's all in the same vein, but all original. If you know what I mean. And the best news of all is that the recent compilation they made in the DJ Kicks series would suggest that their next, forthcoming album is going to be a little hardy and a little more rappy. ...I was bought this stereo setup for my 21st birthday after months of listening to mates opinions and reading reviews. The stereo consists of 4 main units the amplifier, thetape deck, the cd/dvd multichanger and the radio tuner. Straight from the box it is quite easy to setup, with the manual giving clear and simple step by step instructions. The wires for the two main speakers are not particularly long, however this was not a problem for me as i have a realitivly small room.
