Stila are you really that special ?

Stila : Feeling Flush?

Advantages: Great range of colours, multi-use, handy mirror, lasts ages

...Probably the best recommendation for this product is that I bought it after trying my friends convertible colour, nicking it for about a month and then feeling guilty and buying it myself. The particular compact shade that I have is 'petunia' which i will elaborate on in the rest of the review. WHAT DOES IT DO? Stila Convertible Colour is a little compact containing a multi purpose colour creme that can be used on cheeks and lips (some people have even told me it can be used on eyes too but i'll stick to the basics!). Stila Illuminating Tinted Moisturiser: A Great Buy!

Advantages: Gives you a glow, good quality, pleasant texture and smell
Disadvantages: Possibly the price, some skin types may not like the consistency.

...What is it, and what does it claim to do? An illuminating tinted moisturiser from Stila. Unlike many products, it doesn't make any major claims in writing on the product or packaging. For uses it states that it can "provide moderate protection from sunburn", due to it's SPF 15 rating. However, most people that buy it use it for it's illuminating effects, and the sunscreen factor is an added benefit. Packaging The 50ml product comes in a simple brown box with a sticker on the top telling you which shade you have inside. It is straightforward, non-fuss packaging which gathered no complaints from me. Where Kirsten Stila-s Her Make-Up From...

Advantages: Nice Funky Packaging, Easy To Use, Lovely Colours, Keeps Lips Moisturised As Well As Looking Fabulous, Great Brand Name.

Stila nice product!!

Advantages: feels moisturizing, nice colours, nice packaging, convertible colour!
Disadvantages: expensive if paying full price, wears off easily, quite small

...I'm pretty new to Stila products this is only the second thing I have from them and the other is a lip glaze. I had never heard of this item until I got an email from a website offering me it free! only paying postage which was £2.49. Pretty good i thought so I logged on - there was a choice between Pink Bloom and Plum Bloom (kind of violet colour) so i chose the pink and waited anxiously for it to arrive. When it did arrive It was in the trademark stila packaging - a brown cardboard box with a cute drawing of the lipstick on. Opening it the whole lipstick is the silver stila colour of most items with pink writing and pink flowers drawn all over it. It doesn't have any size indication on it. I would say the actual lipsticks are thinner and smaller than normal singular ones. At one end of the stick there is "sheer" and the other...

Stila Convertible Color

Advantages: A great quality product, useful if you're travelling
Disadvantages: Quite expensive

...is very natural looking. I now have my eye on Lillium, gorgeous pinky-peach! (you can never have too much make-up!). Stila Convertible Colors are around £23 (that's what I paid some months back, but they may have gone up by a pound or two since then). They are expensive, but worth it. As you only need to use the tiniest amount each time, they will last for a very long time! I wouldn't say that they are 'truly all purpose' because they are only recommended for use on the cheeks and lips (they don't claim to be all purpose, but a 'two in one' product). I definitely recommend Stila Convertible Colors! Stila cosmetics can be found in some department stores....

Stila CC - Nothing amazing, but I like it anyway!

Advantages: Multi use, Space saving, Wide range of shades.
Disadvantages: Quite expensive, Can feel a little sticky, Slightly drying on lips.

...I'm a bit of a junkie when it comes to nude / natural shades of blush so when I saw a duo compact featuring two perfect colours of Stila's "Convertible Color" I couldn't say no, even though I hadn't tried anything from that brand before. This lipstick and creme blush in one claims to be 'irresistable' and is constantly featured in magazines as a 'best beauty buy' or a 'must have product'. With tall claims like those, you don't expect to be let down so I was happy enough to spend the £13.50 on it. (My duo was limited edition and slightly smaller than the regular compacts which retail at £17.64 currently). This 'versatile favourite' promises brighten both the cheeks and lips with creamy, pigmented yet translucent colour. The sheer tint claims to add an 'inherent glow to the cheeks' whilst giving lips a juicy splash of 'radiant colour...

Advantages: Great packaging, matte and sheer lipsticks, great range of colours, convenient, easy to use.
Disadvantages: No nice smell to the lipsticks, runs out quite quickly.
