...Introduction Whilst out shopping my wife suddenly decided that she needed a new phone as she wasn?t happy with her LG Cookie that she had only had for six months. As she is on a sim only contract, it meant that we would have to pay for a new phone for her. Previously she has always liked Samsung phones so when she saw the newly released B3310, she decided it was the one for her. Purchasing the phone We bought the phone in-store from the Carphone Warehouse for £49.95 but we also had to buy £10 airtime on top of this. If we had chosen not to buy the airtime then the phone would have cost £99.95 instead which seemed a bit strange but evidently all phone manufacturers do this. ...I love this idea, whoever thought this up is a genius. A lot of families have storage problems my main pain in the backside is lack of room for excess bedding that i keep spare for guests and what not, So this is magnificent, how the air can be sucked out of the bag with any pipe vacuum cleaner and reduce the size of package to less than a quarter of the size. Brilliant for duvets and pillows i might add and to top it all off it keeps all those bugs away and when you do unpack them they smell as good as the day you washed them and put the items in there. Excellent I would rate these to anybody you can even use them for going abroad and storing your much loved items and reducing space which we all know must happen when traveling on a plane think of the goodies you can bring back !! 3310 - THE phone for technophobes

...Well, its a nokia. That almost guarantees quality. It has the usual visual layout of the nokia phones, and the menu is the same as on past nokias. It has the usual nokia games, that do look better than on past models. It has a ring tone composer, and you can send and receive ring tones as well as operator logos that appear on the top of the screen. The 3310 is extremely good looking, I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. I know lots of people that feel the same way. The buttons have been precisely designed to be exactly the right size, and right distance apart, allowing extreme ease of use. The screen is perfect, not too small as on some alternative. The 'Hidden' aerial is also great, as it reduces the size dramatically, and doesnt dig into your leg when its in your pocket. Also the great feature of x-press on covers means...

3310 - Never again

Advantages: Great features, looks good with silver facia, robust feel

...Having had a 3210 for the past year & being very happy with it, I decided to 'upgrade' to the Nokia 3310. The first 3310 I had kept freezing and asking for me to 'insert a SIM card'. In the middle of conversations it decided to switch itself off. Fair enough - one off faulty phone. So I got this replaced. The second phone seemed to be ok so I purchased a silver Nokia facia for it. The originally blueish/grey cover was horrible but the silver facia seemed to give me a whole new phone. It looked really smart and I was very happy with it. Until.....this one started to freeze & switch itself off (a common problem I was told by the seller because the phone was a new Nokia product).
