...of cereal - well, where to begin. The array is staggering. I'll start with the bad news - 'Fruit and Fibre' cereals are actually delicious and with a pretty reasonable fibre content, but are also packed to the gills with added sugar - hence that addictive yummy taste. Sorry! However, if weight loss is not your goal, then this tasty cereal could be the one for you. Bah! Bran Flakes also have added sugar, but a bit less than in Fruit and Fibre. They are really tasty (according to me, and to the pre-smug Angus Deayton in that excruciating advert) and again a good fibre content. Ideal if you're new to F plan and want to start the easy way. Weetabix - that old childhood favourite - has a really good fibre content too and everybody loves it - a great cereal for you and for your kids. And good free gifts in the box sometimes too! ...The Nokia 8210e is the smallest phone in the Nokia range to date. It is also arguablely the most stylish. It measures little over 3 and a half inchs long! It has an amazing array of features to boot includeing: vibrate alert, X-press on covers, infra-red, 280 name and number storage, 35 ringtone(5 personal), uptp 11 picture messages (10 built in), 4 games including the original and best snake!,dual-band,caller group graphis, voice recognition.........the list goes on and on. Its a wonder how they fit it all in. The menu system is a breeze, you`ll be zipping through it in no time. The predictive text messageing is a wonder to behold. ...I have been using my Buffalo (called 'Bertie'!) for over 4 months now, and it has worked very well indeed. Bertie is connected to my gigabit switch and is accessed by 4 other computers, and it also hosts a file sharing site too. The drive sits in a Windows environment, and is very easy to connect up. After a 15 second boot process, you access the features of the drive through a browser. All the usual tools for network drives are there, plus some seriously useful user permissions, and trashcan tools. It has hot swappable drives too (I bought a spare just in case), but this sold beast I feel will never breakdown. It's not the quietest drive in the world, but this is a minor annoyance. ...when it's been in the toaster and is warm. I have this bread toasted quite a lot and have it with small meals such as with beans and egg sometimes. Nutritional info and warnings The bread being made up of 100% wholemeal flour, you'll know that you're eating some healthy bread. The back of the pack displays all the usual nutritional information along with the storage instructions and the allergy advice. All of the following values are per slice and for the 400g version. Bear in mind that the 800g version will of course have more calories and have increased nutrition values. But I suppose this is obvious and comes as no surprise. Per slice in the larger version it's 93 calories. The high vis neon green drive lights were constantly flashing on and off on the one I built because the RAID card is constantly performing data scrubbing which monitors and repairs any errors it finds in the stripes on the array. Apparently all the RAID cards IBM supply do it but only the 8i card has the ability to flash the disk lights whilst it does it which I find kind of bizarre. Above the drive bays is the CPU tray which, once you have removed all the relevant clips and air channels, can be slid out of the front and up to four processors can be plugged in. Along with the usual array of features i.e. contacts, messaging, camera, media and picture gallery this phone has other great features geared towards both the home and business user. An office feature containing the standard weights/measure/currency converter and calculator functions with compatibility to microsoft based networked systems in order to transfer vital work and other must have documents. So for this purpose and also with media storage in mind, the N80 as with most other higher end Nokias' these days has the capability of extra storage capacity in the form of mini Sd card slot.. ...I didn't make the 'switch' until my daughter was ten months old, had i known about 'pocket nappies' sooner (i'd previously dabbled with two part systems with my son) i'd have used them from birth. The wonderoo nappy is what is classed as a birth to potty reusable nappy and is thus highly adjustable. they come in a wide array of colours and are very adjustable. On a smaller baby they can look a bit bulky and messy yet i've foudn that as my baby has grown they have become one of my favourates. the inserts they come with are fantastic and at 14months old i still don't need to add any other insert for my daughter, if we're going out i occasionally wrap the insert in a micro-fibre cloth before stuffing.
