Advantages: friendly people, rooms, pools, public areas very well looked after, different themes everyday
Disadvantages: food variation... but what was out was tasty!

.... Unfortunately as stunning as the beach was, it was filled with beach sellers everyday so no sunbeds or relaxing down there! The complex also had a group of monkeys running around which were so funny and were great fun to watch... just make sure you close your balcony door when you go out!!! Animation were very good, all different activites throughout the day although did leave you alone if you wernt interested. However if you take part you will get colored beads that you can swap in the gift shop, which is probably one of the cheapest hotels gift shops i have stayed in! Evening entertainment was not too great, even the caribbean do it better, they do try, but we gave up by the 3nd night and chilled out in the bar. Sun, sea, sand oh & the sex on the beach

Advantages: Very clean, excellent service & lovely weather
Disadvantages: Attracts a lot of kids, not excellent evening entertainment

Ronil Beach Resort - Baga Beach, my experience

Advantages: Good setting on Baga Rd, close proximity to bars and restaurants
Disadvantages: Could be noisy at the front of the hotel

...After exploring the resort, I would say that the The Ronil Beach Resort appeared to be one of the better hotels in Baga, although the decor in the rooms is tired and the bathrooms need re-furbishing, this is the only downside - there is room service, laundry service and fresh towels daily. Most important of all it is CLEAN. The staff are brilliant, always smiling, polite and very hard working. Our room was in one of the two storey blocks beside the main pool area, which was a sanctuary. In the rooms closer to the front of the hotel, the traffic noise from the busy and sometimes chaotic road would have been unbearable. The air con is FREE and can be left switched on even when you are out. We travelled in April/May when the heat can be relentless, even at night, so this was a big benefit. Grotto Bay -Beach Resort Review

Advantages: proximity to Airport, Hamilton & St.George's
Disadvantages: expensive

...Grotto Bay in Bermuda is a cute little Beach Resort situated between St. George's and Hamilton (the capital of the country). It is locationed close to the International Airport in Bermuda. It provides nice and exotic holiday villas. Advantages of the resort is that it has a private beach, pool, hot-tub, bar, sailing, and caves - that the guests have access to. The pool-side is beautiful, and the bar has swim up access. The view is amazing, and the island of Bermuda is spectular itself. The public bus is convienant and stops at the resort, and it can take you anywhere on the entire island for approximately £1.25 per way. The service is good and friendly. The disadvantage to Grotto Bay and resorts in Bermuda is that they do not offer an 'all-inclusive' experience, therefore holidays can be expensive. Overall I would recommend Grotto Bay...

...I was looking forward to my stay at plush four star Cable Beach Club Resort in Broome, Western Australia. According to their advertising material, I could expect Asian serenity and Colonial Indulgence. It sounded great and friends had recommended it as a very pleasant place to stay. In total, I spent three nights here. Because it was included in a coach tour package that I'd booked, I didn't make a booking specifically for the hotel itself. However let it be said that the room rates vary. I saw one website (discoverwest.com.au) which was offering rooms from $A155 (incl breakfast) plus a free camel ride, but other quotes elsewhere were much more than this. Calis Beach resort

Advantages: Small town, close to other resorts
Disadvantages: getting big

...Calis Beach, trips you can book from a stall to ones you book with your rep. Overall, like most Turkish resorts, you will find lots to do and friendly people. On the other hand you will find the odd person that will try to rip you off. So as with all places you visit (including the UK) take precautions with your money. Use the safe in the hotel and only take what you need for the day. You can always go the next day to buy something you wanted. I found Calis a very slow resort and many Turkish families thier on holiday which made it even better. It is all on the flat but has high kerbstones, so if you are a bit disabled you need to take your time. You can still get over roads because of cuts in the kerbs....

Structure of the resort In the morning it was easy to see that actually our monster of a resort was going to be easy to move around, the whole resort was made of a huge reception and main entrance, around 30 hotel buildings, a main restaurant, a man made stream and lake, two swimming pools which were huge a beach and beach bar and lots of greenery and things i have probably forgotten. The Beach We spent a few days of our holiday on the beach, it was a long stretch and full of sun beds and umbrellas. Luckily thanks to the time of year it was, even though the resort was very full of people, it was easy to find a quiet corner if we needed one. ...PACK: We received a box with half a dozen eggs, bread, coffee / tea , jam and milk which was a fantastic extra. BATHROOM: Bath, shower, toilet - clean and well laid out. SERVICE: The studio was cleaned every day - they say that they won't wash up for you (but they do!!!) so really impressed. BALCONY: Private balcony so you can virtually fall into the swimming pool - you have your own table, chairs and sun loungers. FACILITIES: There is a private beach with free kayaks and canoes, and banana boat rides - also loads of sun loungers, there are two pools which are spotless and very relaxing - hundreds of free umbrellas and sun loungers so you dont need to worry about getting burnt.
