...Bose SoundDock Digital Music System I happened to get this as a gift and it turned out to be quiet interesting Summary: This dock is used mainly for ipod and allows you to connet mp3 players to it and listen to high quality music via speakers. It is idle for homes and small gatherings, although I would not run a party off these. Pros: This system has terrific sound and can go very load despite its relative small size. As with almost all Bose speakers the quality is amazing, so long as the source you are playing it from is high quality it will allow the speakers to each its potential. I have a surround sound Bose set up in one of my rooms but now prefer to use this product as it is very simple to operate. Just plug the mp3 player in and press play and your set. Choosing a surround sound system

Advantages: Good cinema sound
Disadvantages: Many systems "mis-sold"

This used to happen a lot with Pro-Logic systems where people assumed that just because it has 5 speakers means it's proper cinema sound. Excellent travel system

Advantages: Folding down, multifunctional
Disadvantages: Slightly heavy

...Being a first time Mum, I searched around all the high street shops for a functional and attractive travel system. Out of all the prams this one had the easiest folding down system, even tho it was slightly on the heavy side I could fold it down with 1 hand! The carry cot was great for the first 4 months fitting in to the pram snuggly as the seat folded flat (which I found alot of other prams didn't do) The car seat had a base that made it so easy to take the baby in and out of the car (no messing around with seat belts every time!) It is also very well padded, however it didnt come with cushioned protectors on the straps. When we were taking baby home for the first time, the midwife told us it needed them which were only £5 extra to buy. She's in the buggy part now which has three postions and harnesses which is great. Overall fab...

A bulky travel system

Advantages: Big Shopping basket, Suitable until baby wants to walk, Great for Ramming people out of the way (joke)
Disadvantages: Very Heavy, Bulky and Hard to find somewhere to put the pushchair when not using it.

Ever since i brought it i hated but my partner wouldnt let me take it back because he liked it. -Car Seat- My son never liked the car seat so it didnt get used much. It scrunched him up to much and even though they say you can use it until the baby is 29lbs my son would fit in it when he got to 20lbs. The only good thing about the car seat was that it was easy to fit into a car and onto the pushcchair to make it a travel system. -Pushchair- As i said above my son didnt like it in the carseat so i had to put him in the pushchair from about 2weeks old, this pushchair is ment to be suitable from birth. Good as a budget surround sound system.

Advantages: Nice sound from small speakers
Disadvantages: Bit confusing to use at first, only stereo input

...This surround sound system in Dolby Pro Logic II and comes complete with the speakers which have fairly long cables. There are 6 speakers in all, 1 being a subwoofer which is a nice size, not too large to fit somewhere sensible but not too small to produce no bass. The size is about 14 inches by 10 inches by 4 inches, estimated. All other speakers look very small and quite inadequate. Looks are deceiving and the sound quality is quite nice for a budget system. The unit itself contains a DVD player, a radio and a USB connection which you can plug some MP3 players straight into the unit and play your music or video straight from the MP3 player or a USB flash pen. ...We bought the Graco Quattro Tour Travel System after looking at everything on the market comparing costs, accessories, weight etc. This travel system was for my first child so I had no previous experience to help me. The whole concept of the travel system is revolutionary; my mom was so impressed. Having the car seat/infant carrier which effectively turns the buggy into a pram and also means that your baby who has fallen asleep in the car can be effortlessly moved into the buggy, is a marvelous invention! We bought the Graco fro Babies R Us in January 2005 for £190. It came with an auto base, weather shield, foot muff and changing bag (the only thing I have had to buy additionally is a parasol). The autobase is a brilliant idea. You fix it in the car once and the infant carrier just clicks in place. No messing around...

the whole system in one no need to buy extras

Advantages: get to push light- weight
Disadvantages: the wear on the wheels

...models which most of them now have is the one hand fold system for when you have a baby in onr arm and trying to fold buggy with the other all you do is turn handle and fold and place clip over to keep it folded. To use you carseat with the buggy the seat has to be reclined right back to get the carseat on and clicked into place the best thing about the carseat is the baby is facing you and when they are older they face the world and see what going by. The whole buggy can be taken apart easily and covers put in the wash I have done this once I think and was simple enough to do it does take abit of time and I have had to use the book to do it all covers are machine washable. I have used this buggy for about a year now and have never had any problems and would recommend this to anyone as my sister had another child and she picked graco too...

DVD surround sound system with plenty of features

Disadvantages: Hard to control individual components

...Had it since december of last year and nothing has gone wrong on it. The surround sound system is made up of 5 small speakers each with equal power, and a subwoofer. The DVD player has a built in radio allowing AM and FM radio, and the FM radio has RDS so everytime the news and weather is broadcasted on other stations it automaticly changes station. The PTY funciton allows you to chose a genre of music and it will search for a radio station playing that genre. However with both of these features there must be a good number of FM stations around for it to be effective. As soon as the DVD player is put on, its usualy set to radio and the sound mode is usualy set to 'bypass', sound only comes out of one speaker, so i have to change the mode to get the setting where sound comes out of all of them which is rather annoying everytime i...

Advantages: Ease of use - Good accessories -easy to fold down - confy for baby or toddler

...We already had a pram/travel system (a second hand one off friends)! But we went to babies r us for an autobase for the car and came out £229.99 down! Purely because we saw this travel system and fell in love with it! The lovely lady in babies r us showed us all the special funky little moves this travel system makes! First (and most importantly for anyone who knows what a struggle it can be putting a buggy down when getting on a bus etc) this travel system needs only one (yes one) hand to do it! It takes a quick click and twist and the travel system is down! BRILLIANT! Although I say this is handy for public transport due to the size of the buggy it is very heavy compared to other buggys so you could srtuggle lifting it onto a bus or train (unless you have friendly drivers)!
