suzuki jimni 1.3 JLX
Review of Suzuki Jimny 1.3 JLX O2 3dr by
xdonzx
Advantages: Easy to park , smooth , comfortable , air conditioning
Disadvantages: boot too small
...The Suzuki Jimny I'm going to review is the 1.3 JLX
What a fantastic little vehicle the suzuki jimni is.
My family have had a few 4x4s all of different makes but there isn't one that compares to this little wonder on wheels.
As we live in a remote area with a steep hill to climb in winter this is the only vehicle to get us home and dry.Others we have had to abandon and walk home on more than one ocasion.
During a day out to a sheepdog trials on a wet summers evening where the ground was extremely muddy. 4 x 4s were getting stuck one after the other. The only one which was sailing by was my dad in his suzuki.
Some of the owners of the great big expensive 4 x 4s used to snigger at this little box - they soon stopped laughing when they were the one's walking up the field.

A compact little vehicle in a two...

Suzuki Wagon R with plenty of plusses(+):-)
Review of Suzuki Wagon R+ 1.2 by
jagloverz
Advantages: Big car feel, small car price.Well finished
Disadvantages: More expensive than others in class
...Welcome to my review for the Suzuki Wagon R+ 1.2.
If you're wondering why i am able to write reviews on so many different cars, its simple......
I've worked in the Car auction and Car hire business, so have driven too many cars to mention.
Ciao suggests being factual, so i'll use headings, and be as easy to understand as possible.
Reliability
This car is very reliable and Suzuki are making great efforts to ensure that their cars meet the same high standards as their motorbikes. The engine is quiet and unassuming, with enough power for motorway trips.
Safety
The Wagon+ is well built and has a host of safety features as standard.ABS, Passenger and Drivers airbags are all present.
Car handles well, and feels as big and as safe as a Golf-sized car.
Spaciousness
Large cabin at the expense of some boot space.
Easily...

Suzuki SJ410
Review of Suzuki SJ410 Car by
o_morris
Advantages: So well made, petrol, alot really
Disadvantages: Basic. Very basic.
...The Suzuki SJ410 is the cheaper 4x4 off road vehicle. They date back from around the 1984 mark, and were made alongside the SJ413 and Samurai. The SJ410 features a 1.0 petrol engine, with a total displacement of 970cc. It is a 4-wheel drive vehicle, making it suitable for both off and on road driving. So, here goes...
ENGINE
The SJ410 has a 1.0 petrol engine, as mentioned above. It is a small engine, as you can imagine, so qualifies for cheap Tax and Insurance. These engines aren’t that good, certainly compared to most other Suzuki’s ever made. It is a more traditional carburetor engine, instead of fuel injection and electronic fuel injection which most modern cars do have. The optional 4-wheel drive is controlled by a second gearstick next to the main one. The engine has no fancy features, like power steering or cruise...

Suzuki Vitara....A word of warning...
Review of Suzuki Vitara by
titch98
Advantages: Looks good inside and out.
Disadvantages: Light on steering, weak plastic handles, high fuel useage in urban areas
...In 1999, my wife and I gained a Suzuki Vitara on the Motorbility Scheme (my wife is disabled). The vehicle attracted us mainly because of the ease to get into and out of the vehicle, as well as the fact that it is a nice looking car. Within the first year of our three year contract, we could not wait to the day we hand the vehicle back over.
In Suzuki`s defence, the vehicle is comfortable inside and all the controls are neatly laid out. The 4x4 has also been useful in winter conditions, especially in the Peak District area where we now live. However, that is all the good points that I have been able to find with this vehicle.
The car itself is VERY light on the steering and there have been a number of occasions where a heavy gust of wind has literally taken the vehicle off the road. The rear luggage compartment...

Suzuki GS125 - Learner legal fun !
Review of Suzuki GS125 ES by
lostsworld
Advantages: Small, light, cheap, cheap to run, comfortable
Disadvantages: low powered and parts may be harder to get
...This will be an ongoing review as I have just passed my CBT and bought one of these little commuters. The longer I own it the more I will add.
~ CBT ~
For those who don't know, anyone wishing to ride a moped or motorcycle has to sit a CBT to ride on the road. It stands for Compulsory Basic Training, if you don't pass it will be because they think you are not fit/safe to ride on road.
There are two types of bikes you can ride, a moped or a motorcycle, Majority of people learn on a bike up to the engine size of 125cc but if you are over 21 you could do it on a larger machine.
After completing my training on a Yamaha SR 125 I picked up my little Suzuki GS125 and drove it 180 miles back to my house (so this is where most of my review will come from).
~ The bike ~
At first glance it's nothing special...

Suzuki Baleno 1.6GS 3DR Hatch
Review of Suzuki Baleno 1.6 by
Arbiter
Advantages: Low Price, Good Equipment
Disadvantages: Steep Depreciation
...Well, I've been driving a Suzuki Baleno, on and off, for the last 3 years now and I've never once been disappointed.
For the price you get a lot more equipment than other vehicles in its class and a much bigger engine as standard.
I've read a number of reviews that have slated Suzukis, but I've never been less than impressed with this vehicle in the time I've had it.
The 1.6 engine is gutsy, helped by the small size of the car. It has the same kick as a Saxo VTR but costs less on insurance. Motorway driving is effortless and wind noise is fairly low.
The cabin is spacious and visibility is good, although some of the dashboard controls feel a bit flimsy (though none have broke in 3 years). The suspension gives a smooth ride, although at low speeds bumps are transmitted noisily into the cabin.
There are positive and negative...

Suzuki GSX600F - Every home should have one
Review of Suzuki GSX600-F by
Speedi01
Advantages: Cost or running, purchase and parts, practicality
Disadvantages: Engine Access, some say looks
...I first came into the possesion of my 1997 Suzuki GSXF600 in 2001.. For a quite suprisinng £1195.00.
I had just come off of a Yamaha XJ600 (literally) which I found a brilliant bike, which the press also underated, after looking through the local RAG the Suzuki caught my eye and I decided to try another one of the biking press' snub jobs.
BAD POINTS
When I first got it back to my little bike museum in my back garden the first thing that I found was the poor finish on the engine casing, front forks and the rear swingarm... although this is a classic weathering problem I have heard that it is common with these. I took the time and re-did what suzuki should have done properly and it looks a treat.
The front end is a bit heavy, its something that I have heard from every owner, you only really notice it in the corners and when you...

Suzuki Liana 1.6 5 doors automatic gearbox
Review of Suzuki Liana 1.6 by
bebris
Advantages: room, 4x4, plastics, conditionier, long quarantee
Disadvantages: to weak engine, not economic, threat of rust
...Hm... Suzuki Liana 5 doors with automatic gearbox. It s quite good Japanese car, but of course it has advantages and disadvantages. The biggest advantage, of course, is the price of the car. The car is worth of that price. Secondly, the car is really spacious - it is comfortable for the driver (I am 196 cm tall) and the passenger next to the driver. The second row of sits - enough space to, but it is worth to mention that I get tired sitting at the second row in the juorney, which last more than an hour. My head almost leans to the roof. My knees leans to the front sits. Of course, I am a little bit taller than the average man. Next, the baggage carier is roomy (especially, when the second row of seats is unbent), but not enough. it looks more roomy than it is. Owners have to calculate, what they want to transport, and what they can...

Suzuki Ignis . Appleyards Suzuki Dealer Keighley
Review of Suzuki by
peterpansfriend
Advantages: Good all round ,high vision.Suitable for back problems . good milage
Disadvantages: small boot,no solid rear shelf, just a flexi shade
...purchase that cause difficulties.
We transport our baby grandaughter and so carry all the bags ,pushchair etc, so we do miss the space.
I miss a sunroof but not standard on this model.
On the whole I am enjoying my Suzuki Ignis and would recomend both car and dealership....

Short Live Susuki
Review of Suzuki by
chunka
Advantages: Fair deals
Disadvantages: Many including carefree staff
...EDITED*EDITED*EDITED*EDITED
Susuki today are becoming more and more wide spread but less known. We alaways remember thosestylish 4x4's with the bulky tyres which many of us loved.
However. Go to a dealer now and they also specialize in cars.
THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL THE YOUNG AND VERY NICE PEOPLE OUT THERE LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR!
If you know me well here at Ciao, you'd know that I am crazy for taking new cars out on the road known as a testdrive.
BUT WAIT. Thats not the case here.
I was simply on my way to a friends when I walked past and noticed a used car they were selling dead cheap. It was a Ford Fiesta, S-reg for £4,995. It looked like a bargain so I walked over and started to take a look.
Though. by the way! They do sell approved and used cars, but I think thats a good thing, so thats one good hand...
