This is a marvellous shampoo with its funky style bottle and so trendy with bright orange top and the remainder blue with a touch of green, so smart and eye-catching. It certainly has the appeal to any youngster. The bottle is also easy to hold and soft and so ideal even for small hands. I remember that I used to use this product for my own children and I recall then that I was very satisfied then and I am sure that they would have improved the shampoo since then and increased the range of shampoos and fragrances. To use just apply a small amount to ones hand and work up a lather it is so gentle to feel and smells so clean and fresh and yes one can smell a touch of oranges too. This is so ideal for kids which are on the go they will find it is so gentle and leaves the hair smelling...

SWIMMING!!

Advantages: Great way to keep fit. Great fun
Disadvantages: Early starts for training, Alot of hard Work

...I spent a lot of my time swimming either training or competing. I have been training since I was about 8 or 9 and I am still doing it today which means I have been training for about 5 or 6 years. Throughout this time I have achieved so much and have had so much fun. I love the sport even though many of my friends make fun of me because of the swimwear which can be uncomfortable at times and shows a lot of skin and is always tight. TRAINING As I just said I have been training for about 5 or 6 years but before that I did swimming lessons and so on. I train at Bo'ness Swimming club and have trained there since the very beginning. I train three times a week on Monday nights from 7 until 9, on Thursday nights from 6 until 9 and on Fridays nights from 5.30 until 7. To Swim or not to Swim?

Advantages: Keeps you fit, gives you a challenge, gives you self confidence, makes you feel good!
Disadvantages: Swimming requires a swimming pool, if you don't have one near by then you are a very unlucky!

Batiste Dry Shampoo

I have the type of hair which does need washing on a daily basis or else it looks greasy, dull and lifeless the day after. I took her advice and purchased a bottle from Tescos on my next shopping trip. I paid £1.99 for a 150ml cannister, which I thought was quite good value for money. ...Dove shampoo is a great shampoo for every day use. It leaves your hair looking and feeling really healthy and moisturised but not greasy. Application You use Dove shampoo in the same way that you would use any other shampoo, though I find this shampoo a bit more lathery than others and maybe a bit harder to rinse out, nothing worth putting you off using it though. The Smell Dove shampoo smells a bit like their soap products, but it smells that way in a shampoo kind of way, if that makes sense lol. It is a very clean smelling shampoo and the smell lingers on your hair for a while after you have washed and dried it.
